After placing and purchasing my order of a half dozen Galaxy roses on February 1st, this company promised my order would be delivered before Valentine's day, however as the holiday approached and I hadn't received my order, I emailed the support team about tracking the package and I never received a response. A week later after Valentine's day I sent another email expressing my disappointment as well as requesting a full refund, and still I hadn't received a response, not a solution to the problem, not a concerning message, not even an apology. Just ignored. Overall this has been the worst customer service I've experienced, ever. Even as I write this review I still haven't received my flowers, a refund, nor a response to my issue from this company. I feel scammed. - Very unhappy customer
