I have ordered two very nice notebooks, but after more than two weeks I have zero idea what's going on with them. I haven't received anything about the shipping except an email that it has been shipped UNTRACKED. I wrote an email to their support to get some closer information - no response. I wrote a message on IG - again, NO response. Communication 0/5 and I'm super unsatisfied, because I got no notebooks, no info and they have my payment. Fix this please
