Bought Mini Countryman All 4 in June. Loved it! Unfortunately, when frosts came, I got frozen out 4 times- and it has been a mild winter. Tried to find a solution but got nowhere with dealership or Mini UK. Car sold back to Mini at a loss- they were keen to have it back to make more money. I need a car I can access. A 4x4 is no use in bad weather if you can't get into it. Only solution offered was another Mini or BMWs which did not meet my needs. Company not interested in the fact the car was returned because of a problem. They didn't even look at car to see why this was happening.
