I phoned on Saturday afternoon to say I had been locked out of my mini as my key battery had ran out. I asked what battery it took & how I replace the battery. The women on the phone told me no one was in to help, and I was to come back tomorrow even though I was locked out my car in the rain/dark as a young women on my own. She then went on to tell me to “watch a YouTube video”. This is really is disgraceful customer service. Thankfully, HALFORDS were there to help who replaced the battery immediately and showed me exactly what to do. I suggest you go to Halfords if you are looking for help NOT the mini garage.
