Very impressed that the replacement filters were dispatched on a Sunday and arrived so quickly. Also impressed that there is a method of validating the genuine filters as I know this has been an issue with some replacement filters being substandard. I personally didn't find the installation instructions crystal clear and had to google to find out whether the cartidges are recyclable - so my ony suggestion for improvement would be on the accompanying paperwork. Otherwise all great. thanks.
