I rang Doulton to enquire about your water filters and my call was taken by Steph who was extremely helpful. I ordered the filter on Monday evening and it arrived on the following Friday morning. I am very impressed with the efficiency with which my order was processed. I made subsequent enquiries about the product I purchased on your website and my queries were responded to almost immediately.
