I bought from Doulton because I didn’t want to buy from Amazon. However, the postage cost was insane, over £6 for a single plastic nut, and I ended up buying the wrong size - completely my fault. Returning it was pointless, as you don’t get the original postage back (fair enough) and you have to pay to post back (again, fair enough). I ended up buying four nuts plus extra spare parts from… Amazon, for the same price as the single nut from Doulton. 🤷♂️ I tried, at least.
