Terrible told it would be delivered on Tuesday stayed in then got a message saying sorry we missed you and out for Friday and same thing again stayed in but this time I was checking the cameras outside no sign of the van and then told by dpd that it was at a pick up point I phoned customer service the person I spoke to I explained that I couldn’t pick it up because it was a chair because I am disabled and couldn’t do it then he said he would phone and surprise surprise he never did so dpd driver lying twice and customer service have done nothing so I have a parcel which I can’t get unbelievable they are a waste of time not happy at all
