Terrible told it would be delivered on Tuesday stayed in then got a message saying sorry we missed you and out for Friday and same thing again stayed in but this time I was checking the cameras outside no sign of the van and then told by dpd that it was at a pick up point I phoned customer service the person I spoke to I explained that I couldn’t pick it up because it was a chair because I am disabled and couldn’t do it then he said he would phone and surprise surprise he never did so dpd driver lying twice and customer service have done nothing so I have a parcel which I can’t get unbelievable they are a waste of time not happy at all

Absolutely appalling service from DPD UK! I paid for premium delivery to ensure my parcel would arrive today, as I have no time to collect it tomorrow. I was given a delivery slot between 10-11 am, and I waited right by my door to receive it. However, instead of delivering my parcel, I received a message stating that nobody was at the property, and now my parcel will be dropped off at a pickup point in town tomorrow. This is completely unacceptable! The driver, Armpital, didn't even bother to get out of his car. When I contacted customer service, they had the audacity to tell me that the driver uploaded a photo of the bins outside my house as "proof" that he was there. A picture of the bins? Seriously? The bins might have seen my parcel, but I sure didn't! It's clear that the driver was just too lazy to make the delivery properly, and now I'm stuck with the hassle of trying to pick it up when I explicitly paid to have it delivered today. And to make matters worse, when I called customer service, they offered nothing in the way of reimbursement or compensation. All I got was a pitiful, "I am so sorry," as if that could make up for their complete incompetence. This is an utter failure on DPD's part, and I will be avoiding their services in the future. Absolutely disgraceful.

DPD Needs to Put in a Little Effort I recently moved into a new building. I get it; the address is not available with all services, and the postcode is not 100% accurate. It can be confusing. DPD tried to deliver once, but the driver could not find the address. I spoke to their customer service team, explained that it is a new build and that the address was correct. The building is four stories tall; you can’t miss it. I also explained where to deliver and where the reception was. DPD came back the next day and still could not find it. I explained to their driver on the phone how to find it, but they just ignored it, decided it was too much of a bother, and sent it back to the seller. Honestly, we had at least five other delivery companies here, from groceries to tech to furniture, with no handholding whatsoever. You were the only ones who decided it was too much of an effort.

Fuming my parcel got a time slot of 10:58 to 11:58 yet it was a no show . I rang up at 3pm and I got told the driver will be at my address today yet he it did not a arrive at all by some driver called rob/let down . so I rang back and I got promised it will arrive as its a birthday gift and i was going away in the morning yet it did not arrive tired to ring back and yet the office is now closed this is shocking if you are given a time slot it and I booked and wasted an extra half day off work for a no show . Never will I use DPD again as this is not the first time this has happened.

Do not ever use their services, just don't or you'll have a lot of trouble by requesting your insurance. Lost 80 pounds because of their incompetence... I took international delivery, but the item was delivered broken, and they made a ton of excuses why they don't want to compensate it. First, they said that it was limited by 21 day, when i could request it (while customer was not speaking English and it took some time for me to request a photos and etc), then they said i haven't done package image so they can't pay me an insurance. But it's obviously seen by the image i've sent. So, they did not delivered properly and they don't want to pay insurance after. Never had similar with Royal Mail or other services... Trash company, do not recommend it.

Absolutely ridiculous service. I actually stood by my window and watched as DPD vans drove up and down the street that I live on. Not one of them stopped to deliver my parcel yet they took a picture of the parcel ( no front door just the parcel.....how stupid ) and sent it to my phone at 17.25 saying they had tried to deliver. The parcel was due to be delivered between 13.49 and 14.49. A text message was later received saying the driver was running late. How deceitful and dishonest is DPD. My ring doorbell works well all the time but for some reason it must of had a malfunction just as the delivery man came. Today the same thing again. No parcel. Picture of a random street!

I am extremely disappointed with the DPD delivery service. I ordered a pixel 7 along with earbuds from Google store which was delivered by DPD. The delivery man named "Shahin" didnt even came to my flat. I was waiting outside the flat tracking the parcel jn the DPD app. Suddenly I got a message saying the driver came to the doorstep but couldn't find anyone so he is delivering that to local store "Leons pricewise". The next day I collected it from the store in which my expensive phone was missing. Only the earbuds which came free with the phone were only there in the parcel. The parcel was opened from one side. It costs me 599 pounds , all of my savings. I contacted DPD several times but they cant do anything from their side. I contacted Google store, they did investigation from their side and reported it was not missed from their side. I am depressed about this stolen parcel I got from DPD. I dont know whom I need to contact further.

Parcel left on door step at 10.05 should have been delivered to neighbour. When arrived home at 13.00 parcel gone. Almost impossible to contact chat line useless, phone to customer service always a queue you are 20 in line Won’t be using this service again

Parcel never delivered... Parcel never delivered... I was allocated one hour time slot and at last minute recived message from DPD that I was not at home, driver did not came to my address and message contained pick up shop 3 miles away. I called DPD and explaind situation and also offered CCTV footage of my house to prove fact drive is lying but no action taken and I was given referece number 59676374 without any reasonble explanation

Returning goods to DpD from my supplier they lost the parcel and sent somebody else parcel to my supply who returned it and it was delivered to me tried to contact numerous times eventually got through and they arrange to collect driver turned up but at first refused to take the parcel took 15 minutes and requested he phoned his office he took parcel contacted CEO received a reply from another senior executive who blamed everyone but DPD and said they do notcompensate requested refund for all my telephone calls and after numerous e mails still refused because DPD did not give me the numbers I rang Discus ting company

I have been very impressed with the speed, efficiency and polite service provided by DPD recently. Of all the couriers I have used, they stand out as the best by some margin. They have always delivered on time, always found my address (Which does not appear on most Sat Nav systems) and always take care to put my parcels in a safe place when I am out. Excellent service !

Fortnum mason delivery left on doorstep didn’t knock door I know they didn’t I have three dogs I expect they didn’t want to wait because it was raining quite hard 😒😒

DPD are using unregistered subcontractors with only a white van & not signed written. The courier had no i-d or reference for the item. He picked up a Technics 1200 deck in an original box and he can’t remember with depo he has taken it to. The Technics deck is now missing and DPD say they will not refund £350 which is at cost with the original box. Don’t ever use DPD because if anything goes wrong you won’t get any compensation from them.

Absolute rubbish. First delivery attempt they went to the wrong address, as proven by the driver's photo, and said I wasn't in. Second time I saw them come to the car entrance to the estate, and stop right by the sign giving directions for the other entrance for large vehicles, not to read it but to take another photo and say nobody was in. They then left the package at a pickup point that would have meant me doing over an hour's drive to get it. This was despite them having detailed directions supplied by me through their app, and after the first non delivery assurances by their call centre that the driver would phone if he couldn't find the place.
