Returned a parcel to Belgium and been stuck in transit abroad and not moved for 4 weeks .... obviously lost or stolen. This was being returned for a refund so that I could buy another Xmas present. I am of pocket due to dpd incompetence. They say the are still trying to find misplaced parcel but I think they should pay me the value of the goods £74.99. Only used dpd twice, last time they say they delivered a parcel to my house and sent a photo of my porch. The photo was of a porch in a different street.???
Needles to say I never want to use them again.
