DPD customer service is about the worst I have ever experienced. Each time we are sent a package via DPD it nearly always fails to deliver. They say that the driver visited our property but there was no one at home... This is a complete fabrication as our CCTV will substantiate.
I have no control over who suppliers use but I do have control over who I use and DPD would be at the bottom of the pile
