“Lying about failed deliveries when I was waiting outside. Lying about buzzing my flat when they didn't Over just a year of deliveries from them had about 10 fake failed delivery attempts by various drivers. The worst delivery company there has ever been. Why companies chose to use them is beyond me. They also have a customer service which is non existent. There is no customer service, just automated nonsense saying sorry, nothing we can do, please contact the sender. Literally the worst delivery company in the world.”

“Absolutely shocking customer service. I called regarding 2 missing parcels posted on 23/02/2026 that still haven’t been delivered to Three. The advisor I spoke to, who I believe was called Anshul, had a rude and dismissive attitude from the start. She was unprofessional, impatient, not interested in helping, and even said she “didn’t have time to wait” for me to provide the parcel details. When I asked to speak to a manager, she disconnected the call. Staff should be properly trained to deal with customers respectfully and professionally. Experiences like this are completely unacceptable, especially when customers are already stressed about missing parcels.”

“Awful experience. Took £191 to deliver six packages of family memorabilia from UK to Spain. Never saw the packages again, apparently lost in the system. Impossible to speak to anyone. No refund.”

“Every single time, it’s the exact same story: they claim they "could not find anyone home," yet no delivery van ever even enters our street. Instead, they bypass the delivery entirely and drop the package at a pick-up point kms away, which is ridiculous given how many closer options there are here in Amsterdam. A complete joke of a service. Avoid them if you have a choice.”

“I have just had a heavy parcel delivered from Amazon via DPD. I would like to congratulate DPD for this delivery in Clevedon. The gentleman said..It’s heavy..where do you want it?”…and,bless him…he put it in my shed for me…many thanks for a super service…possibly the best delivery company in the UK right now”

“Disappointed by lack of honesty by delivery staff, instead of someone acknowledging getting lost or at least call that they are lost they decided to lie that the receiving person failed to supply PIN. This is unacceptable, we would have made advance plans based on the parcel to be delivered and for someone to just think they can fail to deliver and explain it away by faultering the receiver is horrendous.”

“Absolute rubbish. Left a disabled , elderly women too try and get a cooker hob up four flights of stairs. Only caught him as I saw the van out of the window come into the car park. If not it be would of left it in the communal garden of block of flats. Argued with me, said he does not come into property, but the block is not my property. Did not care”

“One of the worst couriers you can possibly imagine. Every single time something is (attempted) to be delivered goes wrong. Either they mark as no one was at home, while I wait patiently for the parcel, or they just drive around with my parcel and then never even attempt to deliver it until the next day. So many times parcel looked like it was basically thrown or maybe even kicked around. Recently they even lost the parcel comepletely.”

“Wow shocking company and the people they employ should be ashamed of themselves one of there driver stopped outside my house did not even get out of his vehicle then marked it has delivered and sign it hisself i then chased him and find him a mile down the road and showed him he did not even get out of his van but marked it as delivered he did not release it was all on cctv but he be-tended he could not understand me and just kept saying what the name what I told him 20 plus times I have sent a complaint to dpd waiting to here back now it all on CCTV him driving off and not even getting out of his van and me confronting him so where my parcel dpd your driver nicked it tracking number is 3768930045 Parcel Number: 1550 3768 930 045 2 It all Been court on cctv so Im waiting a reply from dpd after I filed a complaint and I still not herd any back from dpd about the complaint 3days after making it”

“DPD is usually pretty good at deliveries but today was an exception. I’m home and waited for the delivery but I received an email saying “Our driver missed you”. We have an intercom system in the building and there was no attempt whatsoever to contact me. Also judging by the photo the driver took, it doesn’t look like he even got off his vehicle. He just took a photo of the outside of the building from his vehicle.”

“Disgusting service the van was seen pulling up the driver got out the van took photo of my front door and got in and drove of. No attempt was made to deliver my parcel whatsoever. I then complained through the online chat service to be told the photo is confirmation the parcel was delivered and a card would have been posted telling me it was a failed delivery. The driver did not even push the gate open to put a card through the letterbox let alone deliver although it would have taken 3 steps to the front door. Absolutely disgusting service.”

“Hi. The delivery wasn't suitable. I was supposed to have it delivered between 11:15 and 12:15. The delivery time was 6:45 p.m. There's no parcel. No information. I have to collect the parcel in person. I had to cancel various appointments. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THE WORST COURIER COMPANY.”

“Said would deliver on 01/05/26 and stayed in all day but got message to say driver missed us and would deliver on 05/05/26 and again stayed ln but again no show. Rang Sky who said item shown as being returned to them. What a totally useless organisation DPD is!”

“This week, DPD claimed to have come to my home twice to deliver the same parcel. However, on both occasion my security cameras showed that nobody showed up at my house at the time they recorded on their system. I was also at the house and would have heard and seen anyone coming into the drive. They then gave me the option to collect my parcel 5 miles away in Deddington (Oxon). The DPD website showed that the collection point is open on a Saturday until 12.30pm. However it was closed. Another 30 minutes of my life wasted with DPD.”

“ERICK FOR CROWBOROUGH DELIVERIES IS A LEGEND!!!! He delivers to my work regularly at freedom leisure and is always happy and says hello, he even remembers my name now. But above this, I always have issues receiving my parcels to my flat but he delivered it today to my landlady in perfect condition and I am just extremely grateful to have not had any delivery issues today so thank you so much Erick!!!”
