I’ve had the worst experience with this company. I dropped a letter to a local pick up location on Sunday for an international delivery which says within 5 working days delivery and even today it has not been collected from the local shop. I have chased three times and on every call I am told a different story. I have now reprinted my document and sending via FedEx which worked very well in the past.

Worst delivery the have robbed trainers from my parcel and said it was delivered even though the picture showed just 1 parcel manager needs to sort this out ASAP

i'm off a night shift, so i've been home all afternoon. i just received sorry we missed you notification. you didn't miss me. your driver just couldn't be bothered to make the journey.

I want to share my frustration with DPD. They never deliver properly to the address. With my last order, I stayed home the entire day specifically to receive the package, and they never rang the doorbell, never left a note in the mailbox—nothing. I honestly suspect they never even came to the address. They simply left the parcel at a DPD pick-up point. It’s extremely frustrating because I could have chosen delivery to the store for free, but instead I paid an extra €5 for home delivery, and they couldn’t even manage that. Something always goes wrong when it’s DPD. Now I’m having the exact same issue with another order that was supposed to be delivered today—but wasn’t. I just hope I won’t get a notification tomorrow saying that I have to pick it up at a pick-up point.

Driver parked by our gate with house name plainly visible but decided to leave it out in the rain at a neighbours. He was seen by another neighbour to not bother to walk 40 ft to the correct door, he even signed for the parcel himself. Bloody appalling service.no photo up uploaded either.

Unbelievably poor service and utterly pointless customer service. Meant to deliver parcel on Saturday morning which was finally delivered to a locker box (against my instruction) on Monday evening after 8 separate phone calls. Driver went to incorrect address and did not call (twice). Customer services could not contract driver or get depot to contact driver. Customer services gave me incorrect updates and informed me parcel would be delivered to home address but this did not happen and it was finally delivered to a locker box. Once delivered to the locker box it became clear they hadn't sent me a PIN to access the locker. I called customer services who informed me that they could not give me a new PIN number as that had to be obtained from another team who had gone home for the day. I may now get the parcel on Monday having paid for a Saturday 24hour delivery slot.

As useless as ever. Sit and wait, I'm next for delivery. Then the driver takes a picture of a random place in the town where I live and says he missed me and won't be back again until tomorrow. This happens every time. It as if they never had any plans to actually deliver it.

Illiterate morons work as delivery drivers. DPD and other delivery companies get away time and time again for unacceptable delivery service. If the driver does not know how to read, they're unlikely to find the correct house. I now have to collect my parcel from a post office. I avoid ordering where home deliveries are the only option available.

Had a text to say no was in and parcel will be at an address 4 miles away!..we have been in all day and also had a safe location for any package.No driver has been to our address.....derek

Fed up with DPD delivering to my workplace. On several occasions the driver has simply left the packages in a communal area or outside the front door and myself and the manager have had to take the parcels to the residents door. Only yesterday the driver dumped the parcel and the poor woman who was due to receive it was in tears because she thought she had lost her parcel and was going to lose her money. Shocking display of behaviour from these delivery drivers. They are paid to deliver to people's doors not just dump the parcels and expect others to do their job. 😡😡

I sent a parcel using DPD Gold Service only to have the parcel returned to me two days later , The person I sent it to received a text saying they had attempted to deliver the parcel on Wednesday and would try again the next day ! Instead I found it on my doorstep Thursday morning. No I’ve been informed I have to apply for a refund and then pay to resend the parcel again I wasn’t given an option for them to collect the parcel and carry out what they were paid to do !! Gold Service it’s an absolute disgrace and totally incompetent.

One of your drivers (plate number WR605HX) putted me and my two kids in danger while driving today 12 Nov around 8 am close to Stadium Narodowy Roundabout. The driver was behind me in the left lane of the road. I was already driving at the max allowed speed 50 km/h when he started closing at my car and blinking the lights to make way. On my right, there was a car blocking my move. When he overtook me, he started breaking in front of me then when we reached a red light he started going purposely in arears almost hitting my car. I will report to the police. You are hiring drivers who are bullies, irresponsible and putted my family’s life at risk.

What an absolute cowboy company. I was made 4 promises yesterday that my parcel would be delivered yesterday, but here I am calling today only to be told exactly the same thing. The drivers don't pick up the phone and the staff in the callcenter just interrupt and talk over you, when you talk over them they just say "If you continue to talk over me I can't help" and then disconnect the call. After 6 contacts to DPD I'm no closer to having my parcel delivered and DPD have no way of contacting the driver simply because he decides to ignore them.

DPD apparently "loses: my package worth 2.800 EUR in France @Chronopost. Haven't got a tracking update for a week and DPD just says everything was in order. They in fact help criminals to disappear without trace because they just keep insisting everything was alright.

Absolutely atrocious company. Three attempts at finding a central London address. 3 automated messages saying "when driver arrived we were advised there was nothing to collect". No driver arrived and today awaiting again but expect it will be another failed attempt. Impossible to speak to anyone at customer services. Why can't they have a facility on their messaging site to connect with the driver? Avoid DPD at all costs. Zero stars.

DPD might have decent reviews if you live on the mainland, however if you live on the Isles of Scilly they are simply appalling. They deliberately store parcels claiming that they have been delivered. If you are lucky and they do turn up, they can be weeks late. They simply can't be bothered to provide a decent service.

Try to avoid using DPD for deliveries. Whenever I expect a parcel, they always send a text message saying that no one was at home and that they tried to deliver — but they never actually show up. Instead, they leave a message asking me to pick up the parcel from the local depot. I’ve had the same issue many times over the past few years. I always try to avoid using DPD, but some sellers only ship with them, which means the parcel ends up at the local depot and the customer has to go and pick it up themselves.

pathetic delivery service. never have a problem with dpd Ireland but cant say the same for the uk branch. Had a collection today and I specifically put a note online that the driver needed to buzz to open the building door and collect parcel however he never did and now my pickup was cancelled and I was charged. Your drivers are absolutely pathetic to put it lightly. Let me not even get started on the customer service person that completely cut me off while I was still chatting via your rubbish website. This branch needs to get people that actually get the job done.
