Appalling disgusting drivers. Took a day off work,had my timeslot texted to me. And guess what. Not even a single attempt made to come to my house. Delivered it 3 miles away instead. I cant tell you how much I hate this company. The driver knows who is aswell. Dealing with the most dreadful people on this planet. Nothing works today. Dpd is a complete waste of space.

They used to be good, but now they've gone down in the same sewer as the rest of the courier companies. Lost my parcel and gave conflicting information about it - kept saying it was due for delivery, then it's missing. Then it's due today blah blah blah. And don't get me started on their useless chatbot - live every other courier they're now using these to avoid taking responsibility for their screw-ups and actively trying to stop you contacting them. And their website? Utterly useless - tells you even less than the app. Courier companies desperately need held to account.

Do not use!!! Always tell you a standard chat bot response and tell you they will connect you to a "real" person but they constantly say they are too busy and at 9pm on a Tuesday.

Driver took photo of parcel delivery but is a photo of where I don't know. Not my place so driver is a lying no good idiot who should be sacked

dpd driver never delivered my parcel on the designate day. I was sent a photograph of my front door, without the parcel. His message said left with this neighbour. ? what ! The photo was my house, not a neighbours house. Three adults were in all day waiting for the parcel. There was "no parcel showing on the photo" without a clue about what neighbours location it supposidly had been deivered to. Their "help chat" is a total waste of time, with the complete robot experience. I would not willingly use this company again.

I attended an interview for one of their ODF roles and everything went well. I was happy to move forward, and a follow-up telephone call gave me further confidence that things were progressing positively. Based on that, I was prepared to invest £35,000 in a new vehicle for the role, as reliability is essential. I even went as far as reserving a vehicle in anticipation of starting. Then, out of nowhere, I received an email saying they would not be proceeding. I understand that decisions can change, but the lack of clear communication and the sudden reversal after giving strong indications was extremely disappointing — especially given the level of financial commitment expected from drivers. I usually take reviews with a pinch of salt, but in this case, the negative feedback others have shared seems to reflect a genuine issue with how this process is handled.

They are the biggest bunch of conmen to exist. They put the phone down on you and give you wrong information. Don't use this company of cheats. All positive reviews are false.

DPD driver couldn't find my address!! Wow that's 99%of the service. Clear road signs and 12inch square house number and name plate,on the house by the front door in clear view of the road. Amazing service yet again.

When I booked this collection, I clearly provided: • The exact number of parcels (26) • The full dimensions and sizes Based on that, DPD accepted the booking and took payment of approximately £250 for a next day collection and delivery service. On the first collection, the driver arrived and only took 10 parcels, stating he had no space. This is entirely unacceptable given they had full visibility of the volume at the time of booking. I then waited again today, losing a second full working day, only to be told that the remaining parcels will not be collected again.Driver Lied having attempted ! Your online chat service is completely ineffective. After long waiting times, no one is able to provide a clear answer or resolution. There is no coordination, no accountability, and no ownership of this issue. Drivers lie and claim having attended !

Worst delivery company in the UK by a country mile. Every delivery without exception encounters their unexpected problem so is delayed by days. I have started refusing to order from companies who use them.

I bought a phone from John Lewis. DPD were supposed to deliver it on Friday. We then got an email saying they had tried to delvier it but couldn't with a picture clearly taken from the his vehicle of our boundary wall. Two of us where sat by both doors working, so we are sure nobody tried delivering. To prevent the same problem, I rescheduled to have them delviered to our local Co-Op. When we opened the packet last night there was some tape around it but the seal looked unbroken, so we carefully opened it, only to find a load of stones inside, instead of a phone. So clearly the non-delivery the first time was a ruse by DPDs staff to allow them to steal the phone. I am awaiting a new phone.

Just sent me a message saying I wasn't home (I was home, waiting for them), driven sent a picture of a closed local shop - suppose they're right that I wasn't camped out in the shop, but not sure why they tried there. Every time I see DPD I know the delivery is going to go wrong, I honestly have no idea why people use them. As a friend of mine said, I'm pretty sure DPD is the delivery firm you choose if you hate your customers.

Unbelievably bad experience! I missed my delivery by 10 minutes then got a message saying it was being taken to a collection point ten miles away. I will have to take 3 buses to get there! On the DPD website there are plenty of pickup points 5 minutes away. How can a service be this bad? What's worse, I downloaded the App to try to complain, but I just got a bot and I wasn't able to speak to anyone. Furious!

Worst delivery service by miles. Never have issues with others, understand it may be difficult to press a number for a flat but don't really think you should be driving if you can't read. Absolute trash every time we have a package I reach out to the store to see if they can change it if it's DPD. I see some people have no issues so maybe just my area. Instructions left on door and messages to call if any issues yet still struggle. I think the old apple core I throw away has more brain cells than the driver we get. Again this missed delivery will cost me a fortune. 104 successful deliveries in last 12 months 11 failed, 10 of them DPD. Useless. AVOID!

Totally terrible company, awful customer service, arrogant and rude staff. Avoid like the plague. They have told nothing but lies and failed on multiple occasions I can't believe they can even operate profitably so terrible are they at every aspect of their business.

I was waiting for my parcel today 24/3/2026. I was at my place all the time. Suddenly I got a text from dpd saying that the driver missed me. It's a big Lie. He never came or called. We also have a interphone which he could use to call me. The worse is that you never can get in touch with a human on dpd. You have to talk to robot only

Absolute disgrace of a company do not follow delivery instructions say they turn up and they never did then drop at local pickup point. Please stay away from this company if you purchase online insist they do not use DPD.
