I am disabled so it takes me a while to get to the front door which is why I have two signs well displayed stating do not deliver to the back door but only to the front see photos. So what does the DPD driver do but try’s to deliver to the back door, because he cannot get an answer he takes the parcel away and by the time I was able to get to the front door he had driven away. Even though it was the company mistake they refused to deliver the same day and rescheduled it for the next day. The Company should employ drivers that can read signs

I have moved from Amsterdam to Ljubljana and have had negative experience with DPD deliveries in both cities, all the drivers just ring the doorbell and disappear. It only takes me 1 minute or less to get to my door and the delivery guy is gone! Very inpatient and unreliable!

dpd haven't delivered my parcel. I literally saw the driver come into the street, look at all the houses like meh and drove off! Now, DPD are saying he won't return because he came to the right address DESPITE it not being my fault whatsoever and it being literal medication which I require. They couldn't be less useless to attempt to contact or rearrange delivery. They're just doing nothing about it at all. I honestly could cry I'm so mad and upset. They're doing nothing to fix this utter laziness and I'm left without something which I desperately need.

Dpd uk Driver Gurjeevan never deliver a parcel- took a picture of something black didnt come to property not even near by and said not able to deliver - i was at home for my parcel - such a poor service this member of the staff should be sacked for not doing the job - such a poor service - ban this driver ridiculous complaint number: 208131132- location Reading

What a joke …for hard working people to take half a day off work to sit around and wait for some compete idiot to go to the completely wrong address, take a photo of wrong address send it to you , make it feel like it’s your fault, then go about their deliveries ( probably to wrong address) I will never use again!!

Paid nearly 11 pounds to have a parcel delivered by DPD. I got a message from them to say there was no one there to take delivery and for me to go pick it ip from their local pick up point which was 120 mile from me. They tried to deliver it to the address which was a business and it was after hours. I phoned them up about it and was told to get in touch with the company myself to tell them to go collect it from the pick up point. I told them it was not up to me to call them when I had paid them to do it. It was eventually delivered about two weeks later.

I’ve liked them in the past but they said they delivered a parcel when they hadn’t. I was meant to get it on Friday but it never came and now it’s on its way back to the company I got the item. I’m really not happy about it and they’ve been absolutely useless in helping me. Royal Mail and Yodel/InPost have been much more reliable so I think I’ll use them in the future

This is, without question, the worst courier service I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting for my parcel since Tuesday (today is Saturday). For the first two delivery attempts, the same driver(with again high ratings(, uploaded photos of completely different locations instead of my address. After that, I changed the delivery to a local collection point, but for the next two days they failed to deliver it there as well. Yesterday, I called customer service, and the operator assured me they would attempt delivery to my home again today. To make sure there wouldn't be any confusion, my son waited outside. He actually saw the DPD van on the main road and tried to stop the driver, but the driver simply ignored him and drove past. What surprised us most was that, while driving away, the driver still managed to take a photo of our building (our flat is on the second floor) as "proof" of the delivery attempt. Apparently, taking photos while driving is easier than stopping the van and delivering a parcel. An absolutely shocking level of service. I would avoid this courier whenever possible.

Date of experience: 10 July 2026 Terrible service – lied about parcel being refused I was at home all day on 10/7/2026 waiting for my delivery. No one knocked on my door, no one rang the bell, and I received no attempt card or notification at all. Despite this, DPD’s tracking says the parcel was "refused by the recipient" and has already been returned to the sender. This is completely false and extremely frustrating. There was absolutely no attempt to deliver, yet they have marked it as rejected without any proof. It is unacceptable to make up false reasons and send items back without even trying to hand them over. I have lost time and money over this careless, dishonest service. I will be avoiding DPD where possible from now on.

Delivered to the wrong address. When I phoned the help desk was informed the driver would collect items and deliver to the correct address that night, didn't happen. Found parcels in a different house and street in our village with the same number! My husband had to collect, disturbed the family whilst on holiday to retrieve parcels. I phoned the help desk the next day to let them know we had found parcels, not interested.

★☆☆☆☆ My experience with DPD was extremely disappointing. The driver claimed to have attempted delivery, but the photo uploaded only showed the entrance to the building, not my front door. It appeared to have been taken from inside the van. I was at home, my intercom was working, and no genuine delivery attempt was made. As a result, I wasted two days waiting for a parcel that should have been delivered. To make matters worse, I submitted a formal complaint but received no response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend DPD. If reliable and timely delivery matters to you, I would choose another courier.

These guys lie they came wen they did not three times different occasions Names of drivers Shabaz the other abanoud Ibrahim are saying they have missed people wen people ar home on several occasions plus this is medication delivery i need for my health issues I have found out wot dpd stands for Dumb people delivery ? Wot they pay these guys ? Clearly not enough Never use them ever again

DPD need to hire delivery drivers who can read addresses. 5th time in 2 months now where I have sat inside awaiting a delivery all morning, following the tracking, to only get a text saying "attempted delivery, try again tomorrow" for it to include a picture absolutely nowhere near my address. 2 of the times its not even been a picture in an address but a picture from the van. Anytime that I see a delivery is going to be with DPD Im just filled with dread now, theyre the most inept delivery company I've ever experienced. Yet another parcel on another side of town, yet another half day wasted waiting at home. Constantly wasting time and money as I wait for parcels that never even get within 5 miles of the address on the parcel.

My driver didn’t even try to send my package got out of the van had nothing in this hand as well took at pictures of a very blurry picture of down stairs door and go in this van I left so fast by the time I got downstairs he was gone of my road never use this company you Will never get your package

utterly useless service. instructed to leave in a safe place. stacked on top of each other blocking front door. half the order missing the ones delivered were damaged. driver didn’t give me time to get to the door. was told not to leave it where he left it. all items destroyed. service has been utterly shocking. if any complaint is using this as their courier i will not be using them. the duress this has caused me this week. delivers on the 4th and only today after hounding them i still haven’t had this resolved. they haven’t sent anyone to collect all leaking bashed up paint tubs it’s left with me. penalised because i can’t get to the local store. absolutely shocking. if i could get to my local store i would have gone to purchase my own self. now reading all reviews i wonder why they are still contacted to large companies. they need sacked every one of them. this won’t alllow me to upload all the mess i was left with ane still await help or collection for refund worst service ive had.

All small parcels did not reach me they are said to be lost especially perfumes.No communication until after a month.So disappointing.l had another one on the way now l am tracking it l am being told about delay .It will be delay until August
