What’s the point of choosing to have the parcel delivered to a delivery point if they ignore your request and turn up to the original address Obviously no one will be there to receive the parcel. Causes delays and it’s super super annoying Every parcel delivered by DPD is a nonsense a waste of time and a struggle

Worst company ever! Driver very rude and refused to bring parcels to my front door for no mention reasons whatsoever! Disgrace of a company! Driver should get the sack!

Worst delivery service I ever encountered. Delivery guy rung door and left immediately. Customer service told me I needed an app to get a "push notification" to request the driver waits a reasonable amount of time.

DPD are awful. I ordered an item on eBay and the seller used DPD to post to me. On my DPD app, I have my delivery instructions set to leave in my safe place if I'm not there, but instead the driver completely ignored these instructions and dropped the item off at some chemists miles and miles away. When I phoned DPD to demand they deliver it to me, they said they would. Two days later, nothing. So I phoned up again and again they said they would. And two days later, nothing. And then in the end it was returned to the seller. The whole saga took two weeks and I ended up without the item all because the delivery driver couldn't read the simple instructions. Useless.

DPD are an awful company. The driver claimed they attempted delivery, but no one came to the door and there was no genuine attempt to deliver. Customer service then told me the driver would come back, but that never happened. Misleading updates and useless support — I won’t choose DPD again.

Parcel marked as delivered and “signed for” using my name, despite not being delivered to my address. I did not sign for it and did not authorise anyone else to do so. What’s most concerning is that someone accepted the parcel and signed my name, and DPD only acted once this was challenged. A manager then instructed the driver to attempt to recover it, which says a lot. I was then told that it had been scanned out "in error", despite me having photo evidence of it sat inside someone else's doorway! Mis-deliveries happen, false signatures shouldn’t. Very poor handling and confidence-breaking experience. Lincoln DPD Depot in question.

OVERCHARGES & FAKE CHARGES – Audit Your DPD Invoices There is no doubt that DPD drivers are better than most when it comes to delivery. However, using DPD as your courier for business is a very different story. Over the past 12 years, we have slowly been removing DPD from our business due to fake charges and overcharging. At this point, fake charging customers is no different from walking into a shop and stealing - it is fraud. We send out a box measuring 35cm x 20cm, weighing 12kg, and we get hit with a £6.75 “Non-Compliant Handling Charge.” When confronted, DPD either removes the charge without argument, or insists it is valid without offering any proof (even though we do have proof that our box was compliant and we have photos - size compliant, not too much tape, the perfect DPD box). Recently, we also caught them charging us a “Relabelling Fee.” When we queried this, and of course we take photos of our labels, DPD simply said, “It must have been something else.” Really? Imagine if they are charging this to thousands of customers - excellent sideline money making scam! The first time I picked up that DPD was charging unscrupulous fees and when we decided to start phasing them out, was when COVID was done and dusted, we were still being charged “PPE surcharges” on our invoices. When queried, DPD said it was for PPE for staff. When we pointed out that PPE was no longer being worn (a year after covid ended, they claimed the charges were for the disposal of old PPE… and then the fees quietly disappeared. My first thought was, "So as customers, we’re expected to pay for the disposal of their old PPE?" Really? And so DPD continues to find ways to scam customers out of money. They rely on the fact that business, especially corporate, will not check their accounts carefully enough, and even if they do, DPD shrugs it off and offers a refund...or not! It's fraud, it's a scam and the British people are paying dearly for it without recourse.

We was expecting a delivery today with the tracking ID: 155025186286248. With this particular driver, as it happened for the 3rd time now(other two deliveries in the past) is refusing to deliver to our building, the reason for this remains unknown. Today we expected this delivery which was booked from Monday when we placed the order with the seller, a member of the family took a day off on the idea of not missing the delivery slot. In return, your very professional driver has decided to take a picture of our front entrance of the building and mark the delivery as not home. I have been in contact with your customer adviser which reassured me after long waiting times on the phone that will be attemptrd again today. Is pointless to say that the seller phoned us up with the apologies because the delivery will be tried again Monday? What kind of people are working for your company? If you are not able to maintain a friendly and comfortable place of work for these people, this is what I understand from their behaviour( the driver is refusing to fulfill his duties and the adviser is lying) why are you still offering ypur services on this market? I would like to make you aware that the phone call with the adviser it was recorded(the adviser was informed about this) and now will post it on every website possible where it can prove your unprofesionalism way of offering services. Ultimately, you don't have to trust me about the 3 failed delivery as I mentioned above, please go into the past deliveries/attempts for this address and you will see. I suspect is the same driver( as the name match the previous failures). In the end I had to cancel the delivery, not because I don't want te item, just because DPD is a company which never manage to deliver. Every single order in the future which is due to be delivered with DPD, unfortunately will be refused.

Paid for next day delivery, some issue meant 24 hour delay, with no real explanation. Tried to phone to find out what was going on, didn't pick up, tried to "chat", didn't work, sent email to cust service only to have this bounce back as address no longer used. Very poor, no way of contacting. Used to use Evri, but they were unreliable too. Same old British mushroom syndrome, when will they learn that customers aren't quite so hacked off if they actually know what is going on and why! Hardly rocket science.

Very poor service and u serious company. Imagine a carton wine I asked to be delivered to someone in London is missing. This is not the first time I am experiencing this same thing. Last year I lost a parcel worth of over £200. This one will not go unchallenged.

Anytime I hear DPD mentioned it’s in a negative light. I’ve had an ongoing problem with the same delivery guy, it says he tried unsuccessfully to deliver when in reality no attempt has even been made. A few months ago I complained to DPD, I don’t want to affect someone’s job but the fact is he wasn’t DOING his job and it was causing my household a lot of problems. Things got better for a few months, he’d leave the package outside my door, sometimes knocking before running off, sometimes not bothering. Two packages stolen but still an improvement. Now it’s back to the way it was before. Yesterday he took a distant photo of the side of my building, looks like he just stepped outside his car to take it. Didn’t bother going to either of the doors, just said he’d “missed” me. Today I watched the tracking like a hawk, refreshing every thirty seconds or so. When he was 5 stops/15 minutes away, it suddenly said he couldn’t deliver. He was several roads away. The evidence photo he posted was the exact same photo from yesterday. That screams dishonest, no?? When I phoned up, the woman I spoke to insisted he’d come to my building… because of the photo, which I repeatedly explained had been reused. It’s not as if this driver can’t find the entrance to my building (it has 4 sides and 2 doors, not exactly difficult anyway) since he’s made successful deliveries here before. He frankly just cannot be bothered. I was relying on getting that package today, which is why I paid for next day delivery 2 days ago. Last time I had a significant problem, the store Id bought from tried everything to get my package to me, sending DPD photos from google street view and detailed instructions, following it up several times etc. I received a dead plant a week overdue. It’s just ridiculous, if I could use any other delivery service if I could. Or at least look into why this particular driver can’t seem to be bothered doing his job. Not good enough, not even close.

The service is very poor… I never encountered smooth deliveries, for a variety of reasons from no one was there, missed or wrong delivery pin/code. All reasons, however were fabricated. For two occasions, we waited literally outside the building and the driver just went past the building, no attempts made. Then here comes the customer representatives offering you with re-scheduling which then will lead to another disappointment- failed assurance and no deliveries. How could a company so disrespectful of the time of others? DPD stands for (D)ENIED (P)ARCEL (D)ELIVERY. Recipients waiting for nothing, wasting money and time, in short personal resources. What more disappointing is that the driver who failed me repeatedly is the same one. Hence, nothings is being done. (D)elayed (P)erformance (D)evelopment Told them this will be my last parcel with them as I can no longer afford spending my resources for nothing.

Driver simply could not be bothered to delviery to my shop. Took a picture 200m away. He has delivered to me before but simply didn't want to do his job. Needs to be sacked !! Spoke to customer service who re-arranged the delvery for the next day 8-12pm. Parcel is still at the depot at 11.56. Looks like it not just the drivers at DPD that cant be bothered!! Absolutely shocking service. WIll be posting about DPD on all social media channels.. AVOID THESE JOKERS!!

Went to the wrong property three days in a row, left parcel on third day on its side when box had big red arrows and this way up in big letters still to the wrong address. Each day they took photos of neighbours gate which has completely different name on it.On the second day I did what three words as suggested on DPD site, made no difference. Second parcel, they took photo of same neighbours gate. I contacted DPD, explained situation and told them what vehicles were outside but they actually delivered parcel to the same neighbours again. I had similar problems with DPD previously. Shocking company. All other couriers find out place no problem.

After having the package for over a month, it was delivered destroyed, visibly outside and inside. Two months have passed, and their customer service has done nothing but obstruct and misdirect me at every opportunity. The additional insurance I purchased has been completely ignored, I have recieved no compensation, and their "support" has tried to blame me at every possible moment. Do not give them your package, as you will never see it on one piece again, and they will charge you for the privilege and then blame you.

Awaiting a parcel to be delivered to Co-op (my delivery option) and just had notification that SONYA had missed me and sent me a photo of someone's house! which certainly was not the Co-op or my house and the Co-op was open. WTF. Disgusting Service and you don't even deserve 1 star.

They have been advising that they will make a delivery for the last 4 days absolutely no contact re time slots or explanation as to why just the next day same AI generated garbage re delivery which does not arrive yet again. This is my third experience of DPD a company I would never use as each time they have lost or miss laid the parcel . A 20 min wait on the phone to hear the same nonsense. I would give a minus rating if it were possible
