Absolutely dreadful experience waiting in a parcel that was due to be delivered to my local pick up point 2 days ago. They told me they were unable to deliver due to the pick up point being at capacity. In reality, the driver tried to deliver after the pick up point had closed (I know this because I have the time of attempted delivery). I then received an email from DPD telling me the parcel was not surely for pick up point delivery and instead they would deliver to my home address the following day. The parcel never turned up. I was then told it would arrive the day after (today, at the time of writing). Despite different deliveries having been made in the last 24 hours to my home address, this parcel hasn’t arrived. The status now says they can’t deliver because of an issue in the area. But after talking to their help desk, I was told delivered for pick up points cannot be diverted to home addresses, despite DPD telling me this is what would happen. I am now waiting for communication from the depot tomorrow because they have closed for the day, with no idea what is happening with my parcel. At this point it would have been easier to just drive to the store and pick the item up in person. Dreadful service.

Basically, if the company you are dealing with uses DPD for delivery, then you can bet they are most likely a terrible company themselves with little regard for their customers. As an example..... 'Three Mobile' are trying to send me a replacement router via DPD and I have so far been trapped at home for three days waiting for one of DPD's deranged criminal drivers to either find my house or be bothered to actually try and deliver the parcel. I've attached the best photo 'evidence' they sent me, and very convincing it is! Funny thing is that if they do turn up, I won't bother answering the door now and will be blocking any further emails and texts from them (and cancelling my '3' broadband).

If I could give negative stars, I would. DPD failed to deliver two parcels to me. The driver would simply take a picture of the wrong building state that delivery had been refused due to no access. My building is easy to find and no other courier service has failed to deliver items to me before. The driver did this for the first parcel 3 times and it eventually had to be sent back to the seller. When I ordered a different item weeks later from a different shop, not knowing that DPD was the courier service they use, the delivery unfortunately got assigned to the same driver. This time I thought I was quick and I raised the issue with DPD stating what happened last time. I also submitted very detailed instructions on the app as well as a picture of my building. They assured me it wouldn't happen again, but surprise surprise, it did. It happened twice (even though I had called again to say please assign this delivery to a different driver as this one is clearly incompetent), and now the item has once again been sent back to the seller. I submitted a formal complaint and was told that nothing can be done (even though this was just minutes after the supposed delivery attempt, and I am sure they could have contacted the driver to expain that he should deliver the item properly). I have never faced quite this atrocious level of service, both in delivery and customer service. From now on I will check the couriers used by a company prior to ordering anything from them, because DPD is definitely on my boycott list.

Two days overdue.One day states on the tracking that the address could not be found.The property has been here since 1751!Easy to take it back to the depot and get one of their mates to deliver it the following day.Try sat nav.Try winding the window down and asking! The end product? they have delivered the parcel to the CARPARK at the visitors centre,nowhere near my home.This is an unfunny joke.Pathetic,unbusinesslike,AND TOTALLY OUT OF ORDER. It has better be redelivered today,or I won't create waves,I'll create a tsunami.

If I could give 0 stars, I would — but unfortunately 1 star is the minimum. Absolutely the worst delivery service I’ve experienced. Every time I order expensive items, they somehow “disappear,” and the driver uploads fake delivery attempt photos claiming they tried to deliver when they clearly didn’t. Completely unreliable and very frustrating to deal with. I will never use this service again.

Shocking delivery service, wont be using any online seller that is using DPD delivery service. Total disregard of delivery items, every time i had anything delivered by DPD, not once it was delivered without damage. The package always looked like someone played football with it. Delivery planning without any sense what so ever. Absolutely 0 chance of having any issues resolved and absolutely 0 accountability. SHOCKING!!!!!!

Driver delivered parcel to post office instead of my address he took a picture of it then picked it back up and said he delivered it. I got the photo on the app of my parcel in post office so went up and lady on counter said yes it was here. And that the driver came back in and took it back. Tried on the phone but because it says delivered they won’t help. Driver has definitely decided to scam a delivery by getting it scanned in post office so he can nick it. Well done dajit the did driver.

Paid extra for premium delivery and experienced multiple failed delivery attempts. I was home waiting every time, yet the driver marked me as “not home”. The proof photo uploaded wasn’t even from my property or street, and no calling card was left. Customer service repeatedly said the driver would return later the same day, which never happened. Funny enough, the TV from the exact same order was later delivered to the same address without any issue — proving the address was never the problem. Very disappointing experience, misleading tracking updates, and a huge waste of time.

Delivery driver stopped outside our window, couldn’t be bothered to walk 10 meters. Took a photo of the package out front and then drove off. I was waiting by my door when he drove off and they said they couldn’t deliver the package. Now have to wait 3 days for delivery.

Im waiting for a delivery with them , for the second time , i had to wait home the second day , i was waiting in the front of my door for an hour in my time slot and the driver wrote in the app that i wasn't able to provide him the safety pin, he didn't even showed at my house, their customer service lied to me telling me that they will contact the driver to send him back but instead they changed the delivery day again for the third time ,they wasn't able to find any solution just to reschedule my order. Please save your time and find a different company to send or receive parcels .

Lying about failed deliveries when I was waiting outside. Lying about buzzing my flat when they didn't Over just a year of deliveries from them had about 10 fake failed delivery attempts by various drivers. The worst delivery company there has ever been. Why companies chose to use them is beyond me. They also have a customer service which is non existent. There is no customer service, just automated nonsense saying sorry, nothing we can do, please contact the sender. Literally the worst delivery company in the world.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I called regarding 2 missing parcels posted on 23/02/2026 that still haven’t been delivered to Three. The advisor I spoke to, who I believe was called Anshul, had a rude and dismissive attitude from the start. She was unprofessional, impatient, not interested in helping, and even said she “didn’t have time to wait” for me to provide the parcel details. When I asked to speak to a manager, she disconnected the call. Staff should be properly trained to deal with customers respectfully and professionally. Experiences like this are completely unacceptable, especially when customers are already stressed about missing parcels.

Awful experience. Took £191 to deliver six packages of family memorabilia from UK to Spain. Never saw the packages again, apparently lost in the system. Impossible to speak to anyone. No refund.

Every single time, it’s the exact same story: they claim they "could not find anyone home," yet no delivery van ever even enters our street. Instead, they bypass the delivery entirely and drop the package at a pick-up point kms away, which is ridiculous given how many closer options there are here in Amsterdam. A complete joke of a service. Avoid them if you have a choice.

I have just had a heavy parcel delivered from Amazon via DPD. I would like to congratulate DPD for this delivery in Clevedon. The gentleman said..It’s heavy..where do you want it?”…and,bless him…he put it in my shed for me…many thanks for a super service…possibly the best delivery company in the UK right now

Disappointed by lack of honesty by delivery staff, instead of someone acknowledging getting lost or at least call that they are lost they decided to lie that the receiving person failed to supply PIN. This is unacceptable, we would have made advance plans based on the parcel to be delivered and for someone to just think they can fail to deliver and explain it away by faultering the receiver is horrendous.

Delivery service was appalling. £180 worth of car parts thrown over a 6ft fence onto a concrete path. Box had been tampered with along with the contents.
