Dreadful company! I stayed in all day TWICE and TWICE they did not deliver. No contact to advise of any problem and to aggravate the situation I had to collect my package from a store 10 miles and 35 minutes away. I submitted a complaint and sent 2 reminders but I have received nothing from DPD - they are a disgrace.

Possibly the worst courier going they lie say they attempted delivery when they didn’t the customer service when you call them up are unhelpful and not willing to help paid for next day delivery and never happened

My package was supposed to delivered by "Lofti" on Saturday between 18.22-19.22, tracking showed at 19.00 he was nowhere near my house, surprise surpise at 19.22 got a email sorry we missed you and a picture of a red blur as proof of attempted delivery, Saturda night helplines are closed so no help at all dreadful service no idea if I will ever get my parcel.

It has been a week now that they have been holding my parcel at their Snetterton depot due to "an unexpected problem". I cannot get through to anyone over the phone, bot chat is super unhelpful. No email, no other way to contacting them. I truly believe they either lost my parcel or it has been stolen at this point. Never in my life have I had such a horrible service from any other delivery providers. AVOID.

I need a zero start option because After clearly instructing the customer service yesterday that my parcel should not be delivered as I won’t be at home today, they went ahead and delivered a parcel I was supposed to sign for and later claimed I signed the parcel, where clearly I wasn’t at home. A very blurred picture was sent to me as delivered. I don’t know where the parcel is. Parcel was delivered by JOSH

Absolutely the rudest driver I've ever dealt with. Aggressively asked for my pin. As I was searching in email, a whole 20 seconds, he storms off complaining the he won't get paid! If he had just been a tad more reasonable, he would left without my £300 item. I appreciate they have insane schedules but he was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I will be reporting to the supplier but my guess is it won't make any difference...

I've had a single parcel fail delivery on 7 separate occasions. I gave precise clear instructions for the driver to ring the buzzer for my flat and they never do, inevitably resulting in me not knowing they're outside and receiving a "we've missed you email." This company is pathetic and their drivers refuse to do their jobs properly. Please avoid using DPD as a delivery service.

Absolutely ridiculous company with no way of getting through to their customer service!!! I took a day off work to receive an important delivery, just for them to claim the delivery was attempted, and I wasn't home. I have been home ALL DAY! I am beyond angry and fed up.

Waiting on ready meals, DPD encountered a problem, instead of meal delivery by 4pm I have been told I will get them by 10pm. Very disappointed had to rearrange diary to be home for them coming.

They don't even try. If you file an official inquiry about your package, they respond with a farcical email requiring the package sender to contact them. If you call them they are "looking for your package and will contact you" but never do. Their customer service and resolution is ABYSMAL.

I will no longer buy from companies that use DPD. Today, I woke up early on a weekend just to receive a parcel. The driver rang the bell and walked away without even attempting delivery. I responded immediately—opened the door from upstairs in 3 seconds, saw him doing nothing, and ran downstairs in under a minute. He was already gone. I even shouted after him, but he ignored me. I know every company can have a few careless workers, but DPD clearly takes no action to fix this. It’s clear DPD doesn't hold drivers accountable. If the parcel isn’t properly delivered today, I will refuse to accept it and cancel my order. Any company that chooses to work with DPD is endorsing this level of poor service. And I won't be buying from these companies anymore.

Driver claimed to have made two attempts to deliver my package of medical supplies and returned them to the sender. (Local Hospital). I was at home all week and no knock on the door or even a missed delivery notice, the outer porch is unlocked and a safe place to leave things. I received a phone call from the hospital saying they had been returned. The hospital has reposted the item using Royal Mail.

AWFUL to say the least!! No one has taken responsibility for a parcel they damaged during the delivery, even though I paid extra for insurance. Also, paid extra for next day delivery that didn't happen for some reason that I still don't know. Customer service ignored multiple follow-up emails, and even the CEO failed to respond after several reminders. I will absolutely not be using their services again.

Two days in a roll the DPD driver Paulos has refused to collect the package without even seeing it. I was waiting outside and saw DPD truck arriving at approximately 1:10. I asked the driver, he was in a rush and said he's in charge of delivery not pickup. But two minutes after he's left, the status on the website turned into "nothing to collect". So I knew it's him that should be collecting the package. I talked to security in the building, looked at CCTV, saw two DPD trucks on the camera. They said they know Paulos but he's not the same guy as the guy I stopped and talked to. The fact that there were two drivers and neither of them finished their job is absurd to me.

Atrocious attitude by Muhammad as one of my small friendly dogs escaped through the door. Rude and aggressive Called them nasty dirty animals. Maybe employ people who are not taught to be petrified of dogs.
