Worst company. Totally Non reliable. 1. Last week they delivered 2 shipment to me and for 3rd shipment on same address they updated status on Friday address can not be found, whereas even Google and dpd shows address accurate. - No repeate delivery attempt made, - status shows out for delivery and address not found, contact seller, till yesterday and today returning to seller 2.. The driver do not ring bell but update status recipient is not at home. 3. Many of time after 2nd step they take boxes and keep in some store which is 15 to 30 km away where as there is DPD drop box below my house, two DPD collection shop in 500m radious. 4. After raising complaint to DPD you get response after 3 to 4 weeks This is sane experience, Its totally illogical and rubbish service. Seller should stop sending with DPD Deutschland.

I waited in for my parcel for two days - no one came to the door or they'd have seen the note asking for it to be left by the back door. Both times the message was "We just missed you". They just didn't even bother to deliver. Then today they delivered it to the wrong house and it was signed for by someone I'd never heard of. When I complained to DPD, the driver ,Gurshan Bassi, retrieved it, came to the door but REFUSED to give me my parcel because I'd complained! He said he was sending it back to the retailer. I hope I never see or hear of DPD ever again! They are arrogant rude and atrocious! Tracking number is 15503215949386

I am incredibly disappointed with this company. I paid for a next-day delivery straight to my doorstep, but the courier completely ignored my address and left my parcel miles away in a completely different town. When I contacted customer service for help, their response was shocking. They told me they refuse to send anyone to retrieve the parcel and redeliver it to the correct address. Instead, they told me I have to go and pick it up myself. This is completely unacceptable. Why did I pay for a delivery service if I now have to spend my own time and money to travel to another town to get my package? They took my money but refused to do the job. Avoid this company if you actually want your parcel delivered to your house!

Shocking servive by Dominic the DPD driver. Waited 3 days for a delivery. Day 1= Waited in the whole day only to receive a message saying delivery attempted but no one was in. No knock on the door, no note through the door.Yet a picture of my car in the drive? Day 2= Waited in the whole day only to receive a message yet again saying no one was in , no knock on the door, no note through the door.Yet a picture of a house ive never seen in my life. Day 3= Waited in and Heyho, Dominic the driver finally arrived, seen me standing in the kitchen watching him so instead of using the path he walked behing the car up the drive then along the wall to the door. He was ok at first but when i questioned him as to where he was he said hes phone had issues....i asked him why take pics and not deliver? Apparently he takes pics BEFORE he delivers which is absolute nonsense. I told him its been 3 days without work for us waiting for him but he didnt even care....when i swore ( not at him) i was accused of swearing at him...then he proceeded to provoke me by winking at me lol. Hes certainly not my type lol....needs a good meal and needs to put on atleast 20Lbs bless him. He knows how to provoke people. Extremely unprofessional little man...bless him. Thanks Dominic....we still love you. Wink wink

DPD is the worst service I have ever found in my life. First of all, no one answers the phone during opening hours; 5 calls wasted, the automated voice states their opening times and then after saying they're closed, they hang up!?! Their portal doesn't have a visible chat; the app is stuck in a verification email loop. I wonder who designed this Kafkaesque nightmare- an agent of Satan, maybe, since it's literally a circle from hell. I sent a parcel abroad to a friend who needs a container to store his medication for travel, and I only have the pdf's of the label and the invoice. I can't communicate with anyone to update an email address or even to file a complaint. Nothing; they are totally shielded. I recommend please never try to use this courier to send anything outside of the UK, also thanks to the amazing delay caused at the border by.....Update: I managed to track the parcel using a random number on the label, and guess what: they can't locate it at their sorting facility, for 3 days already, 6 days have passed instead of 3-4...Hopeless!

Today, I was woken up by a DPD guy (I was sleeping off nights) asking me to take in a parcel for my next-door neighbour. In my sleepy state I accepted. He then took a photo of a pad of notes in his pocket and left. When I looked at the address it was not my neighbour, nor indeed any neighbour that I know. I called after him but he ignored me and drove off quickly. I then tried to talk to their helpline but ended up on a chat bot and then someone who took 10 minutes to respond to each comment. Terrible service and I didn't even order anything or send anything.

Unacceptable service from DPD. I waited at home for two hours for my parcel. When the driver (Sukhjeet) was just 5 stops away, he suddenly cancelled the delivery, marked it as "missed", and uploaded a photo of a completely random house to pretend he was here. I was at home the entire time. To make matters worse, Customer Service completely ignored the evidence and lied to me, claiming the address was incorrect. Total lack of professionalism, honesty, and respect for the customer's time. Absolutely pathetic service

We waited all day all day yesterday, no delivery. Today they sent us a " delivery was attempted" , we called them and we're told an attempt had been made, and then told they didn't have our full address and we should contact shipper to confirm correct shipping address. Amazon confirmed that our parcel had the correct address. The DPD gentleman we spoke to was rude and off hand , even when I told him that the address DPD has got the package was correct,he insisted it wasn't and he was not going to " keep telling you the same thing" despite Amazon and DPDs own website has our correct address. This company are as totally worthless as a delivery company can be.

The driver pretends that they tried to deliver to you and says they are sorry they missed you when they haven't been to your area at all, they don't leave a card to prove they've been and they don't take a photo, often logging a black rectangle or a door that's not mine or any of my neighbours; they don't leave at the neighbours that I have set up as a second option. A parcel that should be delivered next day ends up taking 4-5 days. A rubbish service.

We used to jump for joy if a delivery was being made by DPD. In the last year they've gone from hero to zero, with the drivers more often than not mysteriously not being able to find us (which is made worse when they lie and say that "Sorry we missed you") . We'd provided all of our location details in the mydpd app for absolutely nothing, never used and no explanation from their hopeless chat agents as to why. We've now deleted the account as it's completely pointless. DPD are seriously the pits for deliveries and now, in my view, even worse than Evri. Never thought I'd say that.

Today I received a TV , UNFORTUNATELY delivered by DPD. A neighbour behind him monitored him carrying it on its side with one hand and knocked it on a bollard by the gates. Then dropped it on the ground from about 12-18". He then left it I side the door lying on it side up against the wall . On top of this he should not even be working because said he cannot speak our language (his own words). UK Border force will be informed. I have rejected to even open the TV because it had several lights around the back. When lifting it on its upright there was a lot of rattling inside. Therefore I refuse to even open box and Currys CEO messaged. DPD themselves are not even interested . I have advised currys CEO to stop using DPD. I hope replacement is not delivered by the same irresponsible amateur. Drivers own photo at bottom.

Very poor service from DPD. I stayed at home specifically waiting for my delivery, but the driver marked it as a “missed delivery” without actually delivering the parcel. I called customer service and they could give me no explanation, no useful information and no reassurance—just told me to wait until tomorrow. Customers should not have to waste their day waiting at home only for a delivery to be incorrectly marked as missed. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I would give no stars if I could. They “attempted delivery” at the complete wrong location. Hung up on me when I’ve tried to talk to them. They then upgraded me for delivery today Saturday and missed that delivery window and said oh it’s not been scanned so wait and see. I asked what happens if it comes after the delivery window you guys gave me he said then we return it. Absolutely ridiculous. I don’t even know if I will receive my parcel or not anymore.

Lies and lies. Katterina the driver. On Friday 11th I was at home all day for the delivery times I had a text message saying "Sorry we missed you" No way to contact DPD or the driver. I assume by doing this lie they keep their next day delivery stats with the companies that use them but it's all a lie.

The delivery driver didn't even step onto my driveway, said I wasn't in, took a photo of my car on said driveway. So no I have to wait till Monday from Friday a package I'd paid express delivery on to ensure it arrived before Saturday. And raising this issue with dpd it has been passed off as not their issue because the geolocation of where he took the photo was within 13 metres of my front door. He didn't even step onto my drive to trigger the doorbell camera.

I selected Saturday 5th September for a Dior delivery. Driver Jay didn't even reach my building. He stopped at a walkway in our development, took a photo of it as supposed proof of a delivery attempt, and turned back. The photo he submitted clearly shows the walkway, not my building — proving he never came close to it — yet he falsely recorded "We missed you." DPD rescheduled without my consent to Sunday. Driver Christopher did the same — no ring, no card, false record. On the same day, a separate DPD delivery of frozen cat food was left in direct sunlight outside the wrong building in our 22-building development — it arrived half melted. On the third attempt, the driver finally rang but ignored my intercom request to bring the parcel to my flat, leaving it unattended in the communal hallway. My DPD app profile has my precise location, building photo and flat number. Drivers have all the information they need and simply choose not to use it. I submitted a formal complaint five days ago. No response. This is not a one-off. DPD has been failing to deliver to my address for years — parcels left outside wrong buildings, left unattended in communal areas, one stolen. Every complaint over the app results in the same promise. Nothing ever changes. Royal Mail and InPost deliver to my door without fail every single time. DPD never does.

We were home, but the driver falsely claimed that nobody was there. This is not the first time this has happened. It seems the drivers simply lie about attempting delivery instead of doing their job. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service.

Twice the driver claimed we were out, once by taking a photo at the end of our long drive then driving off and then the next time just uploading a black screen as he never came at all. Then I changed it to deliver to a drop off point and 5 days later, still nothing. DPD have become the delivery agent to avoid at all costs
