utterly useless service. instructed to leave in a safe place. stacked on top of each other blocking front door. half the order missing the ones delivered were damaged. driver didn’t give me time to get to the door. was told not to leave it where he left it. all items destroyed. service has been utterly shocking. if any complaint is using this as their courier i will not be using them. the duress this has caused me this week. delivers on the 4th and only today after hounding them i still haven’t had this resolved. they haven’t sent anyone to collect all leaking bashed up paint tubs it’s left with me. penalised because i can’t get to the local store. absolutely shocking. if i could get to my local store i would have gone to purchase my own self. now reading all reviews i wonder why they are still contacted to large companies. they need sacked every one of them. this won’t alllow me to upload all the mess i was left with ane still await help or collection for refund worst service ive had.

All small parcels did not reach me they are said to be lost especially perfumes.No communication until after a month.So disappointing.l had another one on the way now l am tracking it l am being told about delay .It will be delay until August

They haven't been able to deliver the package for a week. It's in the wrong place on the other side of the house. I sit at home and wait, they just steal my time, and there's never a package. non-professional and non customer oriented team

Literally the worst delivery company, drivers are so lazy and completely ignore delivery instructions. They're so incompetent. 2 days in a row they haven't delivered important medication one said i wasnt home and took a photo of some else's door and the 2nd time they said i couldn't give them the correct pin...shock wasn't my house either. I have my number on the front of my door, delivery instructions and a pin dropped, other delivery companies seem to manage just fine ?? Also, it's not just this delivery it's all delivery's from DPD I have issues with, absolute joke

Got an email saying my parcel would arrive between 13:41 and 14:41. At 14:06 I got an email saying that they had missed me. I have a ring doorbell and I was looking out the window and saw 2 DPD vans drive past my house. Trying to call them got nowhere as it’s just a bot that repeats the same message over and over again. The live chat achieves nothing but telling me what i already know. Delivery has been rescheduled for tomorrow but I have no faith in the company that it will actually arrived.

Thieving scum bags. "delivered" my new phone worth £1700 to an unknown person at an unknown address with out taking the required pin. Just took a picture of a random woman and didn't even take their name. And now they cant get hold of the person who took delivery and are taking ages to investigate.

I am so frustrated right now. I received an SMS that my parcel from SHEIN is out for delivery and I clicked on the link to update the address and requested that they call me. I did not receive any call but rather an SMS that my parcel has been delivered to NARE. Who is Nare? they delivered my parcel to someone i dont know without my consent and i have sent queries , no response , just getting ticket numbers. The parcel was delivered on the 30th of June and today is 2 July, who knows what that person is doing with the parcel. This is my first terrible experience with courier. This might be the last time I order on Shein and its because of DPD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a message "your parcel is 15 min away" so I waited outside..then I got message „sorry we have missed you"... Ridiculous,they didn't even try...I was waiting a front of my door for 30 min.

So disappointing. I order a next day delivery and got a note to say they attempted delivery. When I called them they could see the driver had not come to my house and no attempt was made. They then said they were sending him back. It got to 6.15pm, I called again and they said he had finished his shift and I could get the package delivered in 3 days time. After much back and forth they agreed to deliver again the next day between 8am and 12pm. I waited and at 11.52am it said delivered with a blank back photo. I called them and again, the driver had not come to my house. They sent the driver back to get it and redeliver. I continue to wait for my next day delivery. Soon I will be asking for a refund of my item as I don’t think DPD will ever deliver it.

This is the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with the drivers are offten economical with the truth when they say they have attempted to deliver and clearly they have not. I have CCTV so i know they did not try to deliver. It is nearly impossible to contact them by phone. All to gether they are a c??p company

My international parcel had been stolen by Dpd ,they take no responsibility for it theyve not delivered returned nor refunded me for goods they've unlawfully withheld since April of this year . The stealing is encouraged and probably covered up by whole team as complaints department hasn't addressed the matter nor dealt with it properly, its a disgrace, not even had a proper apology for their incompetence!

Driver's name was Stefan, my parcel was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday between 17:11 and 18:11, I was home, arrived at 17:00 I have cancelled my plans, tired of waiting around between 17:45 and 18:15 I actually stayed in front of my door. I received a text at around 18:05 saying " sorry we missed you". I believe customers can relate and understand my confusion especially when the driver's photo attachment was of a totally different address. Desperately I tried to contact DPD via chat, and kindly enough (I'm being sarcastic) when I explained what happened they just logged out as it was 18:25 and their working hours are until 18:30. So I will not recommend your service, definitely you need to pay for some training for your staff. Zero stars and very disappointed, I will not pay for a next delivery day with DPD. I totally understand traffic, unexpected issues but send an apology not a "sorry we missed you "

Rubbish company. Driver- Saud, refused my collection as he hadn’t organised his van properly. Refused to come back. Called customer services, they arranged another driver to collect and they didn’t turn up! Went with parcel force in the end and was cheaper!

A DPD driver recently pretended to deliver my parcel. He took a photo of the parcel which then records the item as delivered on tracking updates. He then took the parcel and opened it and got back in his vehicle and drove off. I went to my local depot after checking my CCTV camera footage to prove to them he stole it. They then proceeded to tell me it was not their driver. They called the driver and he said he would return the package to the local depot. After returning from work I checked the CCTV footage which shows the driver they told me was not a DPD driver then returned back to my address. They need to carry out an investigation into this, instead of pretending it doesn't happen. Staff are embezzling packages.

DPD delivery service is rubbish.. don’t go with DPD anyone. I had such a bad experience. Also helpline service in Taunton is very very bad
