“I would put zero star if I could. Absolutely useless customer service saying contact your seller even the ‘seller’ is mine company and after paying next day delivery hasn’t been delivered even 3 days later and informed me parcel is missing . It has been scanned in few places but suddenly parcel is missing. That’s very questionable.”

“I wish I could give them NO Stars. I keep putting comment on trust pilot but nothing improves. As soon as I see DPD are delivering I am filled with dread. They have got to be the worse delivery company ever. I took the day off work today to wait for DIOGO PARCEL 1550 2779 095 590 and DIOGO never turned up . I know DIOGO is probably the franchise owner but the service is terrible. I have lost a days work waiting for nothing. The driver took a picture of a number 45 and said I wasn’t in. I live at Number 53 - even my 9 years old daughter knows the difference. I hate this company delivering, it is always a nightmare. I have wasted so mush time. Terrible. I THINK THE WORSE THING IS NOTHING WILL EVER CHANGE - I HAVE COME TO REALISE NO ONE CARES.”

“If I could give it 0* i would. Rude customer services after they delivered the parcel to the wrong address, we are told to contact the supplier but THEY delivered it to the wrong address, without proof of postage. Absolutely diabolical!”

“Terrible service. My packages got demolished, I paid for the full insurrance of my goods (PC, PC screens and record player broken) and didn't get refunded. Aweful support, avoid at any cost. I would never use them again in my life.”

“Spoke to the driver at my address on a Friday AM delivery. He could not find my package on his van. Promised to return within 30minutes. However within 10minutes I had a text message stating that they were sorry to have missed us and would try to deliver again on the Monday. This infuriated me and zi called the delivery service only to be me with a whole load of non-descript excuses. I offered to collect the parcel but informed that this was not allowed. The depot is 10minutes drive from my address. Second ime in a few weeks this has happened with what appears to be that no-one takes responsibility for the incredulously poor service and personal who blatantly lie to a customers face. I found out that the driver hadn't actually put my parcel on his van and them.lied that he tried to deliver it but zi was not at home. Never mind I was actually stand at my front door speaking to him. Abysmal service with no customer or car or personnel accountability.”

“I would give no stars if that was an option. I ordered something and chose express delivery with dpd. This was was supposed to take 1-2 days to arrive. Anyway, 9 days later I was given a 1 slot for delivery so I arranged my day and rushed around to ensure I was in. While waiting I was sent an email saying the driver had missed me. They added a picture of some random block of flats, not my house, not even on my road. Because it is Friday I now have to wait until Monday for driver to try again. So the 1-2 day delivery will take at least 10 days. It is impossible to communicate with anyone about the issue. Not only are they useless they are also blatant liars. Avoid at all costs!”

“DPD has a tendancy to employ drivers who are just lying all the time! They would say that they tried to deliver a package and was unable to when in fact they NEVER tried to deliver anything! As a result, I lost many packages because of that nonsense! I complained a lot and they never do anything about it! For example, I was supposed to receive a package today, the driver (as usual) lied they tried to deliver the package when in fact they never did! Even they didn't bother uploading a photo that makes sense for their "supposedly" tried delivery! They just uploaded a white piece of paper! What a shame!!”

“Not only are DPD unreliable, but they also tell lies to cover their inability to do what they are paid to do, "DELIVER YOUR PARCEL ON-TIME". I bought a watch from Amazon and they entrusted the delivery to these clowns, not only did they not deliver it, but they sent me an email at 2:23pm saying they attempted delivery at 3;06pm. Idiots!”

“Booked the service on 8 July. Collected the parcels from my house on 10 July. Meant to be collected on 9 July. 15 July, They still have not been delivered to their destination in Dublin. And also can’t locate the 9 parcels. Very worrying, unreliable. Wouldn’t use this service again!!!!”

“I am disabled so it takes me a while to get to the front door which is why I have two signs well displayed stating do not deliver to the back door but only to the front see photos. So what does the DPD driver do but try’s to deliver to the back door, because he cannot get an answer he takes the parcel away and by the time I was able to get to the front door he had driven away. Even though it was the company mistake they refused to deliver the same day and rescheduled it for the next day. The Company should employ drivers that can read signs”

“I have moved from Amsterdam to Ljubljana and have had negative experience with DPD deliveries in both cities, all the drivers just ring the doorbell and disappear. It only takes me 1 minute or less to get to my door and the delivery guy is gone! Very inpatient and unreliable!”

“dpd haven't delivered my parcel. I literally saw the driver come into the street, look at all the houses like meh and drove off! Now, DPD are saying he won't return because he came to the right address DESPITE it not being my fault whatsoever and it being literal medication which I require. They couldn't be less useless to attempt to contact or rearrange delivery. They're just doing nothing about it at all. I honestly could cry I'm so mad and upset. They're doing nothing to fix this utter laziness and I'm left without something which I desperately need.”

“What a joke …for hard working people to take half a day off work to sit around and wait for some compete idiot to go to the completely wrong address, take a photo of wrong address send it to you , make it feel like it’s your fault, then go about their deliveries ( probably to wrong address) I will never use again!!”
