Fernando made no attempt two days in a row. he rang me on the second delivery, said he was 1 minute away. went downstairs to meet him, he actually drove past twice. I then had an email to say he attempted to deliver. When you try and ring DPD, you get a Continuos message, no help at all

Absolutely awful company. Never attempted to deliver my parcel to the recipient (Correctly packaged and clearly written London address) posted via the post Office (DPD service) . When I contacted DPD I was advised the parcel had gone to 'lost property' and they were unable to trace it. The children never got their Christmas presents and i lost £55 worth of items. They refused compensation as not reported within 14 days (even though I has proof of postage), no consideration given as this happened over the festive holidays. Totally despicable company.

Dreadful service. Nightmare. Sent a pair of boots back to a store in Dublin over a month ago. Never arrived. Today my local DPD delivery driver tells me - while delivering something else - that he's got a parcel with my name/ address in his van, but not allowed to give it to me, as it has to be retuned to sender - the store in Dublin, who now won't accept such a late return, and, anyway, they're not the sender. I am, and live in Scotland. Customer service says I've got to use live chat, but live chat won't accept the delivery number even although I've been told by the the delivery driver it's the right one: 1597 6912 8331 36L. Gone round and round in circles. Boots very expensive. Why do I have to resort to this to try and get my own parcel - currently in a local van/ depot- given back to me?

DPD = Dumb, Pointless, Disastrous I have been waiting three weeks for one simple delivery. One mobile SIM card. You were meant to deliver on Friday. You did not come. You came on Monday. You did not deliver. You came on Tuesday. Still no delivery. Instead, you keep lying with the same message: “We tried to deliver your parcel.” No, you did not. It is a SIM card. Not a fridge. Not a sofa. Put it through the letterbox like every normal company does. You already post your stupid missed-delivery slips. So you clearly know where the letterbox is. Why not use it for the actual parcel? What kind of nonsense is this? Why not call when nobody answers the door? Why waste days playing this stupid game? Why be this useless? Three weeks. Zero delivery. One small SIM card. Embarrassing.

Absolutely shocking service. The driver falsely claimed I did not have the PIN to receive the parcel, despite the fact that I was at home and had the correct details. I then contacted customer services four times; three calls were disconnected by the operator, and on the fourth I was promised a callback that never happened. Appalling service, dishonest drivers, and completely unacceptable for a service that customers pay for.

I was tracking delivery. When due I stood at my front window looking out for the van. He arrived, I watched him carrying a parcel next door. So I headed to my door to wait for him. He didn’t come. I opened my door and he had gone. My neighbour had come out as she had seen him throw something onto the soil in my front garden. The something was a blank delivery card. The address on the parcel was correctly addressed to me. She brought it round. Why did he deliver to the wrong address and throw a blank card into my garden. His name was Mohammed.

Shocking service as usual from dpd, going to have a disappointed wife on her birthday now. Paid extra for priority delivery only for them to text me 1hr before the time slot finishes to say it'll now be 4 days late. I would leave less than 1 star if I could.

They deserve no stars! I have been waiting for my parcel for two days in a row. I got an email that they attempted delivery yesterday, when no one rang the intercome, so I rescheduled it for today. I was tracking the parcel to avoid missing, so when I saw they attempted again with no answer, I went out and called the driver, who ignored me and left. I am so disappointed. I do not believe they rang the intercome neither yesterday and today. I am so disappointed. Avoid this company!

Awful service. Forth time delivery for same product and I stood out in the rain for 30 min to stop the fricking van to make sure🙄 Of course, this guy may have rung the bell given the chance, but i have little faith for the whole company now. I mean, really?!! This is what we need to do get “paid for” delivery? Avoid this service altogether. The other times we have been home and no one has ever rung the door bell. Picture from their “try” yesterday was few houses up the road and we were home. No knock. No ring. I downloaded the app so that I could stare at it until they were meant to come. Just no effort. Sort it out or close the business down. Please.

Driver stated he handed my parcel to The Granery. Photo showed it against a wall. Problem was the wall wasn’t anywhere near my property and was intact in a different post code area. Thing is he’s delivered to my address without issue previously. Atrocious service.

Terrible terrible useless terrible, should have MINUS STARS. Driver cam four times, each time knocked the door and almost immediately left. I have a Ring doorbell with camera, he did not once press it, my office is some steps away, each time I ran to the door, he was gone. Then last time (5th) they delivered to a totally different place (picture was not my house nor any in my street, I went to all 30 houses). Now I am fighting to get a refund for an item ordered for my daughter's birthday (Missed), supplier saying it was delivered, I am out of pocket several hundred pounds! Pics sho my door and the supposed delivery. DPD, cheats, liars, corrupt, inept, dishonest, all words synonymous.

They hire people who do not qant to do their job and are dishonest. They never attempt to deliver, ever. I have never had to write review for shipping company. Mistakes happen but dpd is simply worse and worse. Every single time driver skipps my flat (he would have to go throug the gate and come upstairs) and delivers it straigt to local pick up point. They all jever even attempt to call the house. I tried calling and sorting that put with their complaon department but they dony care. Today again driver just marks 'we missed you' when i was waiting for my parcel. I will not be using them and requesting other delivery companies trom sellers.

The driver daljit Singh didn't even knock my door while I am waiting behind it. He took my parcel and dropped it at a far away shop, while dpd took the money for delivering it. This behaviour automatically labels dpd as unethical earner for taking money for the job and not doing it.

This is one of the worst couriers that… This is one of the worst couriers that I have encountered in the past weeks. First, they delivered a tv with a cracked screen and then a mower with broken tyres . I sent a customer returns , nearly 4weeks ago (13.12.25) and it has not been delivered.What I find rather unbelievable is that , the parcel is being held in a depot about 20minutes away from the delivery location.I needed this delivered as soon as possible , so I can get my refund - but now ? You can’t get hold of a human being on the telephone , and all you get is just repeated scripts on the online chat. Online support got in touch to investigate , and it’s been 48 hours without a response. AVOID , AVOID this company at all cost. They have terrible /non existent customer service, peddle lies, possibly stealing products as well. If you can’t deliver, then at least return my product to me!!!

so bad Bought next day delivery had to go out that day so i specifically put on the app to leave in my bin driver (Daniel) completely ignored that and is now delivering in 1 week time fuming never get parcel through dpd
