Todays delivery from DPD. Photos attached, these are the real photos taken of parcel as delivered unopened. Customer services tell you one thing then lie about what they said when you call them back. Worst company service ever.

On 23rd March, I dropped off a parcel at Matalan (the DPD drop off point) for delivery by DPD. Unfortunately, Matalan closed shortly afterwards due to lockdown and neither DPD nor Matalan did anything about the parcels. On 28th March, I spoke to a manager who asked me to send an email to customer services for his attention. I did that. On 1st April, I was asked to provide further information, which I did. Nothing happened and on 10th April, I eventually got through using DPD online chat. The agent advised me simply to wait and do nothing. I wasn't happy with that and asked to speak to a manager. Eventually, I was put on to Simon who said he was the operations managing supervisor. He told me that DPD does not guarantee delivery or collection (I have proof of this). I wasn't happy and sent an email to Dwain McDonald, the CEO of DPD UK on 10th April. He ignored me. I was constantly chasing the parcel and getting nowhere. Eventually, I contacted DPD through Facebook on 2nd July and things started moving. The parcel was never located despite DPD tracking showing it is still in Matalan (which Matalan denied). On 13th July, I was told that the matter was passed to the Operations Team and today, 15th July, I received an email stating that I cannot make a claim because I didn't get in touch with them soon enough. So, there you have it. A delivery company that does not guarantee delivery or collection, that ignores customers and refuses compensation for lost parcels due to not contacting them soon enough even when people contact them very quickly. I have all the evidence and will fight this all the way.

Today I was due a delivery from DPD. I was given a 1hr time slot of 1320-1420. No delivery! At 1440 I received an bemail telling me that the driver had been delayed and would be with me no later than 1720! No delivery! I have no been told that the driver broke down and my delivery may happen sometime tomorrow! I tried their chat line but that seems to be designed to just divert people until they get bored with waiting! This company is truly useless!

Disaster parcel provider. Never on time. I got text says parcel in tomorrow śpend next two days at home and nothing. I payed extra for quicker delivery. USELESS!!!!!

Avoid DPD at all costs, this is the second time they were unable to deliver on the correct time or day with little or no communication. What is the point of informing you of a time and date if they cannot deliver the package. Well there won't be a third chance and there are plenty of other companies who will be glad to take the customers off DPD. Avoid this awful company.

I paid for next day delivery and got an email with a 1 hour time slot then a couple of hours before it was due I got another email saying they were returning it to CurrysPCW. No phone and now no money to buy another one from a reliable dealer. I’ve complained to Paypal so hopefully they’ll sort CurrysPCW out. There taking money from people when they haven’t got the goods to send.

Waiting all day for delivery. No update on tracking. 3rd delivery that has gone missing from dpd in the last month. Can’t contact anybody at dpd. Won’t answer phones. Shocking service.

It's a terrible service. Drivers drive straight by. Never bother to stop to look for my house which is clearly named and on the roadside! I wanted outside today to flag the driver down as past experience tells me the service is shockingly bad. As usual, the driver went straight past me. Drivers consistently drive straight past, then take a photo of a random drive to evidence they have been to my house! When I knew it was dpd delivering my parcel I was very disappointed and knew there would be a problem.

DPD took 27 to deliver my parcel. It wasnt my parcel. Mine was lost!!!!! Besides that the other persons parcel was broken and damaged all round. Worst service out there. Dont use it unless you like stressful situations.

Do not use these idiots. They came to my building but didn’t come to my flat to pick up the packages. I waited all day from 9am to 7:40pm before calling DPD and told that the driver came to concierge and there was nothing to pick up. My concierge told the driver to go to my flat to pick it up but the driver didn’t want to. I didn’t receive a message or anything in regards to alternative pick up. I am really disappointed and I hope others read this before choosing DPD for any services.

Deliver is awful, in 3 days in a row driver still could not find my house, he did not go to my neighbour although I provided details of my neighbour. I gave my phone number, driver did not called me. APPALLING company called dpd, awful service. DO NOT use

Scumbag company. Horrendous to contact and spent thus far over 11 hours of my time phoning emailing being ignored and generally messed about. Processes and procedures not followed meant parcel lost. Don't offer goodwill if you have a horrendous experience. Just don't give a flying fcuk. A make it right team that ignore you an exec team that are much use as a chocolate ashtray in a motorbike. THE ABSOLUTE SCUM OF THE EARTH.

Horrendous company,if they turn up they deliver to the wrong address time and time again, all drivers have good reviews??? Yet you can only leave feedback if you have no issues with delivery , no option to give feedback when they mess it up,customer service waste of time ,

They have the option to change your delivery date and it’s completely useless because even if you change it you will receive the item the original date without any notice. Unacceptable service and all they say for their mistakes Ishtar they apologise...

Absolute liars! Their drivers will claim attempted deliveries and then leave your package at a distant depot for personal pickup (which is ridiculous in coronavirus times). I was home both times the supposed deliveries were attempted. They did not come here. LIARS! When I rang to arrange redelivery, I was told that because two attempts had been made (FALSE), I would have to travel almost one hour to pick up the package in person. WORST COURIER COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

Lost parcel no attempt to resolve issue Dpd delivered my parcel with 230 euros worth of good to "someone", not me. When I track my parcel it states "delivered". As the parcel has the eircode on it I presumed, incorrect that it would be safely delivered. When I emailed them on the website email, it bounced back, when you do a " live" chat with Barry the bolt all you get after inputting your reference number is "delivered" . After 1 hour 15 minutes on hold to the Athlone brand I got the same "delivered" after this I rang the Roscommon brand and after 45 mintues on hold was again informed my parcel has been delivered. While this is factualy correct, my parcel has indeed been delivered, it has not been delivered to me. Dpd has made no accept to trace where they delivered my parcel, currently it has been missing now for five days. Unprofessional

Stay away from anyone using this delivery company , rude, will not deliver, they lie, they cheat, they do everything but deliver to your door.worse experiences ever DHL, GLS, Herms ok, DPD is the worse company ever , they won't even ring your doorbell, leave a note, nothing!!! then they said they did !!!!
