“I’m aware that DPD often receives negative publicity, so I’d like to offer a more balanced perspective based on my own experience. My local delivery driver has consistently exceeded expectations, and today was no exception. I was awaiting a delivery of cat food from ZooPlus, and Steven kindly helped me carry the heavy box into the house — they always seem to weigh a ton. His courtesy, care, and excellent customer service reflect extremely well on DPD. If all drivers demonstrated the same professionalism as Steven, I believe many perceptions of the company would be very different. From my experience, DPD is always welcome to deliver to me.”

“They delivered a parcel tody (Saturday) on time within the hour window that they said they would do - no hanging around and thge driver was so pleasant to deal with - his name was Simran I also had another delivery a few days ago by a different driver name of Charlie both were spot on and so pleasant to deal with So Thank you Dpd”

“The delivery was made exactly when DPD said it would and the goods were left exactly where I asked them to be left. It is so convenient to have a delivery slot given to you by 07:00 in the morning and with a 1hr slot. Perfect!”

“My parcel was supposed to be delivered to my address.. the dpd driver decided to take it the post office instead !!!!!.. Went to collect from post office they wouldn't release it as there was nothing to scan ..we had another delivery next day from dpd Mike delivered our parcel..we explained that we couldn't get our parcel..he was going to post office that day..an hour later Mike turned up at my door with my parcel.. he went out of his way to get the parcel and deliver it to us..There are some delivery drivers who go beyond to deliver a great service to there customers ..Thank you Mike”

“I find this company & it's couriers excellent service providers of goods in transit. Always on time for me, they keep me posted when my goods will arrive. Drivers pleasant & courteous, their vehicles very clean & tidy. Great standards.”

“Parcel to be delivered to our first floor flat arrived on time although the last DPD driver got my wife to come and collect says not allowed in building this time right to the door they use other drivers names saying they deliver the parcels rather confusing.”

“A big hand of applause to your company and especially your driver's. Thank you to the two of you who did my delivery in the Randvaal area. You were given a address, which was the most difficult farm address to find, but the two of you pulled it off, and it wasn't even a effect, you contacted me and with in no time you were on my doorstep. “Both my orders at Matras.direct.nl webshop were delivered rapidly free of charge, in a great condition by a kind, polite courier on December 8 and December 9, 2023. Ordered coolgel top mattresses Blue Magic in sizes 120x200 and 90x200 and 2 molton waterproof fitted sheets for protection of the new mattresses. Delivery status could be checked via track & trace given by seller Matras Direct.”

“I receive a parcel from DPD I missed the doorbell twice as I didn’t hear it and the kind DPD driver came back again half an hour later to triple check I wasn’t in - he saved me having to drive to the local shop the next day. Thank you! I cannot find his name unfortunately!”

“DPD are just the best company you’ll ever find. They never lie about the fact they’ve attempted delivery, they never take a blank screenshot to evidence you weren’t in your little black hole. They never take a random picture of a house 5 miles from where you live. You can always get through to customer services where you are dealt with by polite staff. The staff never lie either. I LIE TOO. What a load of s##t they are”
