Don't use they employ people that don't understand English and can't read post codes, They are worse than the post office scandals & should be held accountable for undelivered parcels.

Fresh chicken should have been delivered by 11am 18th we where still trying to track the order up till 6.30pm some one in Liverpool office said the van was full that day & we all receive it the next day as it was in a holding day .as it was fresh food can we collect no .we are then told we will receive it by 5pm no show then 6pm as it was out on a van we waited till 7.15 still no show please do not use dpd

Best courier of any of the services that have delivered to me. Best tracking and parcels have actually turned up on time. A small achievement for a courier but streaks ahead of the others

Shipped from Sweden to Quebec, Canada, in time with the tracking, they used Purolator partner for the local delivery. I will use DPD again for the foreing shipping, no problem.

Ordered a Xmas present for delivery by Xmas unfortunately the company uses dpd! Oh dear! Still awaiting arrival and company tell me my order is awaiting at their shop to be collected by dpd. They have only just cleared the beginning of the month orders. Good old dpd! Would be quicker to get someone to cycle courier it up the country!!!!not happy .

Shocking Service Bought an item through Curry’s online paid extra for it to be delivered today at my local Curry’s store received a email from DPD yesterday stating the parcel would be available for collection today at the store from 12 noon. Went to the store at 13:15 and no delivery had be made went home phoned DPD and they informed me some cock and ball story that the delivery lorry’s had arrived late at the depot and because of Christmas demand they would now not be delivering my parcel today what really pissed me off is that they could not even be bothered to text or email me informing me that the parcel would now not be delivered until tomorrow so I wasted my time and effort travelling to the store for nothing this isn’t the first time I have had issues with this company delivering a parcel.

I previously left a bad review as i was disgusted with the service i received. Today is different. I needed to have a parcel collected. I was having a few issues packaging the item. When the driver arrived he was very pleasant as always ( i take in parcels for neighbours ) and he helped solve the problem. So THANK YOU JASPAL. I hope your bosses read this as you deserve the credit.

The day before the delivery was due I appreciated being invited to leave alternative instructions in the event that I couldn't be at home during the allocated time slot - either in a safe place, with a neighbour or at a local pick-up point. So no need to hang around at home waiting for my delivery if the timing was inconvenient. First thing this morning I was notified by text and email of a one-hour time slot for my parcel to be delivered, and it duly arrived during that time slot. Although clearly very busy, the driver, Matt, was courteous and friendly. People tend to only leave reviews when things go wrong, so to be fair to DPD I'm leaving a review to confirm that they delivered my parcel efficiently.

Pretty good delivery company. Delivers on time 9/10 times, love their mobile app which shows you where the driver is and you can approximate your delivery time. Sometimes they also let you choose your 1 hour delivery window which is really helpful.

The hour delivery slot is a great idea which works Have had at least 6 deliveries in last 12 months with the hour delivery slot which they have always stuck to

After an unfortunate series of errors resulted in DPD missing multiple delivery dates for my parcel last week, contact with their executive enquiry team this week has left me feeling that they are making a big effort to identify exactly what went wrong and make the necessary improvements to their business to ensure such problems don't happen to anyone in the future. Because of their willingness to take responsibility and address the issues, I've updated this review from the critical review I left last week.

I've ordered things before online, never had a problem, I generally after a recieve a message about when parcel is going to he delivered get it send to my collection point, however this time with doing that this time, online it put down that I had moved to the collection point, which was wrong! Luckily the shop keeper allowed me to have the parcel, as he had asked what was in it before he showed me the box as you could see on the side. This shopkeeper will not be getting paid for this parcel because of your mess up, the online system needs updating as this error should not happen, I never got a message to say it had been delivered to the collection point, I investigated myself and was told by dpd on a phone calling lasting 40 minutes to speak to someone and no apology, hopefully this is just a one of and doesn't happening again else sellers won't use you as a courier.

Having had so many poor experiences with Yodel, I now look for Companies that use DPD. I'm willing to pay a premium as DPD have never let me down. I normally receive a text with a 1 hr slot. I'm able to get on with my day without constantly looking out of the window. I work long hours and am therefore very time poor, this is such a valuable service to me.
