I've ordered things before online, never had a problem, I generally after a recieve a message about when parcel is going to he delivered get it send to my collection point, however this time with doing that this time, online it put down that I had moved to the collection point, which was wrong! Luckily the shop keeper allowed me to have the parcel, as he had asked what was in it before he showed me the box as you could see on the side. This shopkeeper will not be getting paid for this parcel because of your mess up, the online system needs updating as this error should not happen, I never got a message to say it had been delivered to the collection point, I investigated myself and was told by dpd on a phone calling lasting 40 minutes to speak to someone and no apology, hopefully this is just a one of and doesn't happening again else sellers won't use you as a courier.
