how many times do they try to deliver a parcel

I have used DPD for delivering two parcels to the same address, the driver collecting the parcels was very efficient, I followed the tracking to the depot near the person who I was sending to, (again very good) one parcel was delivered and signed for the other parcel was delivered to the wrong address and is now according to DPD after many hours trying to locate why and where parcel two is I am informed it is travelling back to me (over 200 miles) because DPD had tried to deliver to the wrong address. Still waiting to see where the parcel is. I fully understand they have thousands of parcels to deliver but two parcels with the same address collected at the same time and one gets delivered correctly and one gets delivered to the wrong address. I have now spent three days online trying to find out where this parcel is, there phone numbers are a joke, their chat line is a joke. It's a pity they don't have a minus for customer service.

Where is my parcel? Between 2-3 it was supposed to be here but then On the app it said it was being delivered between 6-10 and then it said it got delivered to me at 2 and apparently I signed for it (which I haven’t received nothing) in Dagenham( I don’t live in Dagenham)waited in all day for my parcel to be stolen by the delivery driver that’s what it looks like anyway from the App

I was informed today, Saturday 5th May,that my delivery would be between 11.02 and 12.02. I was looking out for the driver for this period and nobody arrived and I was then surprised to find out that my delivery had been signed for by "Allan" at 11.06 (there is nobody called Allan at my address) but no card left to say where the parcel had been left. I tried ringing you but could not get through. I spoke to Amazon and they have given me a refund. I will not be re-ordering from Amazon as I not confident that I will get the items if they use you again. You probably won't bother contacting me as I have been given a refund but I wanted to let you know how disappointed I was with your delivery service

Why can I not leave a review on the review page? It will not go through and just buffers, I assume because it is bad, some computer glitch is in place to stop any further one star reviews

Look up the number on Google. DPD is very cunning and give no option to speak to anyone. The number is 0121 275 0500 but beware. you will be hanging on for at last 30 min for someone to answer and then get an inexperienced service worker who argues with you

Carol is totally correct and if you then ask to be put through to a manager you will wait and wait and then get a rude and unhelpful moron fobbing you off and puting the phone down on you or saying they cant discuss your complaint because of 'data protection' sack the lot of them - they wouldn't be missed!

I had the same. The DPD drier ignored my house and went somewhere else, I had to hunt out my parcel. Cust services said they have to deliver to a neighbour if not in. I was in and no one called but the driver says otherwise and cust services seem to back them. Lies all the way

Yes their books need a very thorough inspection as there must be something fishy when a company survives not providing the service they are paid for, continuously screwing up and with no respect for their customers....Recipe to quickly go under but they are still here with their pathetic and dishonest 'service' hmm !!

Why did your courier leave our parcel in the bin outside our house. It ws then stolen. It was clearly an unsafe place and broke the ontract of the person you were delivering it for. Then yoursystems are so useless you have been unable toidetify the courier, the delivery run or anything about the delivery. All we have is a card to say we have left your parcel in the bin

Terrible! They have tried to deliver a parcel 4 time for me now. They just don't seem to get the message that we're out at work and not home till 4pm. We had a card on Friday to say they would deliver between 15.33 and 16.33, and arranged an early finish from work to accommodate this, but then they came before 3pm. Why can't they just deliver it to a local shop, or leave it with a random neighbour who happens to be in? Tracking number 20736156

Why do you quote a delivery window of between 6am & 10pm when it is a business delivery? Most businesses have a window of between 8 & 5!

DPD UK is definitely reading the reviews. Check on Trustpilot.com. Search for DPD UK. It's hilarious. At least 90 percent of all positive reviews are written by DPD themselves. Can easily be proven by forensic linguistics. Though repeatedly alerted, Trustpilot's compliance team does nothing, absolutely nothing.

Yes, DPD UK's service is utter rubbish. I've waited FOUR WEEKS for a parcel to be delivered. Stayed in several days, including a Saturday, because delivery was promised. Spent countless hours on the phone. I also would like to invoice someone. In the US, we'd file for a class action lawsuit. DPD UK sucks bigtime.
