“ Your driver pretended that he had attempted delivery. A different driver, but same excuse the next day. I have CCTV and nobody came here. I phoned you and you admit that the drivers had not been to my house. Three days of waiting. Still no delivery. ”

“ 99 extra to get a VIP delivery the next day which is Saturday, they took my payment,but still insisted they can only deliver it on Monday,I just checked the app today(monday),and they've changed my delivery to Tuesday ,I even called that Friday to tell them how important the delivery was because it contains food inside,I'll rather chew a jean jacket than use DPD services again. ”

“ The driver are in so much rush to move away before the door opens. I feel they get incentives for this at the cost of the customer. I wouldn't use their service for premium on day or next day delivery. Very unreliable and unreachable. ”
