“ Both my orders at Matras.direct.nl webshop were delivered rapidly free of charge, in a great condition by a kind, polite courier on December 8 and December 9, 2023. Ordered coolgel top mattresses Blue Magic in sizes 120x200 and 90x200 and 2 molton waterproof fitted sheets for protection of the new mattresses. Delivery status could be checked via track & trace given by seller Matras Direct. ”

“ DPD are just the best company you’ll ever find. They never lie about the fact they’ve attempted delivery, they never take a blank screenshot to evidence you weren’t in your little black hole. They never take a random picture of a house 5 miles from where you live. You can always get through to customer services where you are dealt with by polite staff. The staff never lie either. I LIE TOO. What a load of s##t they are ”
