“ As a regular user of DPD shipping 2-3 parcels every day, I can confirm their delivery service is excellent. HOWEVER, the 1-star rating is for the absolutely terrible customer service of late. Parcel shipped on 2nd Feb has never reached our customer, over a month later. I've wasted HOURs queueing to speak to customer service with zero action at the end. We will likely end up in court to resolve. Use them at your own risk. ”
