Lies and lies. Katterina the driver. On Friday 11th I was at home all day for the delivery times I had a text message saying "Sorry we missed you"
No way to contact DPD or the driver. I assume by doing this lie they keep their next day delivery stats with the companies that use them but it's all a lie.

We were home, but the driver falsely claimed that nobody was there. This is not the first time this has happened. It seems the drivers simply lie about attempting delivery instead of doing their job. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service.
