Shocking service as usual from DPD, going to have a disappointed wife on her birthday now. Paid extra for priority delivery only for them to text me 1hr before the time slot finishes to say it'll now be 4 days late. I would leave less than 1 star if I could.

Now I am fighting to get a refund for an item ordered for my daughter's birthday (Missed), supplier saying it was delivered, I am out of pocket several hundred pounds! Pics sho my door and the supposed delivery.

Bought next day delivery
had to go out that day so i specifically put on the app to leave in my bin
driver (Daniel) completely ignored that and is now delivering in 1 week time
fuming
never get parcel through DPD
