“ Unbelievably bad experience! I missed my delivery by 10 minutes then got a message saying it was being taken to a collection point ten miles away. I will have to take 3 buses to get there! On the DPD website there are plenty of pickup points 5 minutes away. How can a service be this bad? What's worse, I downloaded the App to try to complain, but I just got a bot and I wasn't able to speak to anyone. Furious! ”

“ Absolute disgrace of a company do not follow delivery instructions say they turn up and they never did then drop at local pickup point. Please stay away from this company if you purchase online insist they do not use DPD. ”
