“ Very very disappointed with DPD.yesterday being mothers day l was expecting a flower delivery from Next via DPD l got a delivery time slot so was tracking it l got to you are next drop then l got parcel refused so either Mario didn't know how to use a sat nav or couldn't be bothered to find address l am easy to find.flowers were a special gift so you can imagine how upsetting this was. ”

“ DPD have wrongly ignored my preferred delivery date multiple times with parcels. Today I had enough so tried to find reason why and there drivers have been falsely signing parcels under my name. I will be looking at taking this further and legally. As you have failed to deliver the parcels safely resulting in £1,500 of lost goods. and your driver, sunanda of the Southampton area has been falsely signing off parcels. ”
