I paid for nextday delivery( 6 October 2025 ) still I don't received my parcel. ( 13 October 2025 today ) My parcel cost me £3000 every single day I keep call dpd never helping. They keep refuse the answer phone. Finally one of the staff told me they lost my parcel. How they can lost big parcel dpd lier dpd stolen parcel. One of the fraud company in the UK. Don't trust this company everyday. This is parcel number 1597 6781 063 823

I used DPD’s collection service to return a squat rack I’d bought from Mira Fit. Three parcels were collected from my home at the same time. Two were delivered successfully — but one has been “at the warehouse” for weeks with no updates. After the tracking repeatedly showed vague or outdated delivery estimates, I called DPD customer service and was told I needed to complete an online form. I submitted the form, heard nothing, and two weeks later called again — only to be told to submit another form. I did that too, and once again received no acknowledgement or response. At no point have I had any communication to confirm my complaint was received or that anyone is investigating it. I’m now £300 out of pocket, with no answers and no support from DPD. It’s extremely disappointing that a company of this size can lose a parcel and then completely fail to communicate or take responsibility. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when using DPD’s collection service — especially if you’re returning valuable items.

Your company was informed Not to deliver our Underfloor Electric Heating system and deliver On the 26/09/25 as there was someone at the property on this date & delivery came on the 2/09/25! in your wisdom even though it was raining heavily you left the items out of the porch area that was not able to accommodate it. This delivery happened at approximately 13:00 hrs on the 26/09/25 So when I arrived home at approximately 16:45 hrs I found the products absolutely soaking wet, to the point it was difficult to bring into house with the boxes completely collapsing to get them out of the weather. Absolutely shocking in my opinion. When your collection driver arrived he refused to take the boxes as they weren't in good shape, which was down to your company after failing to follow simple instructions on delivery date. I explained this to the collection person and his answer was well it wasn't me who delivered them. To which I told him it may not of been you who did the delivery to which he stated he was a contractor and that it was not his problem which I found under the circumstances absolutely ridiculous as he was made aware of this. His answer was it's not, not my problem and left the area your delivery/collection service is an absolute joke if I'm honest! The worst service I've had and will not be using you again as you couldn't organise a drinking session in a public house. I would enclose pictures of this but your system won't upload them.

Driver never even bothered coming to my address , left parcel at depot then returned it back to supplier, second time they give you a pin don’t know what for they are the worst delivery company I have ever used . And someone needs to regulate this company as they are having customers off and suppliers . Then you try to contact someone on the DPD site and you end up have a discussion with a robot . Awful Company

I was waiting for today for my parcel delivery and they not entering my street they just take pictures from outside side street and runaway and they doing this every time very bad and it’s not ideal for next future.disgusting delivery service I ever seen and heard

Awful, they were supposed to deliver yesterday but instead just sent me a message saying sorry we missed you even though I was at home. They managed to deliver today but the parcel was dumped by the entrance to the building and was wide open and part was missing. Driver said that it was received by HW- I have no idea who that is. Driver even took a photo of his own foot on the parcel so it wouldn't look wide open. Absolutely awful service every time from dpd. I don't understand how can they get away with this

Today I've had four parcels delivered, only one is mine. The remaining three belong to three different people with three different addresses . I was in, no one rang the bell or knocked on the door. A photograph was taken and evidently I signed for them (I'm not sure how)! When I rang DPD they were totally disinterested. Why would parcels just be dumped.

My parcel should’ve arrived Monday 6th October, I paid a next day delivery charge. It’s saying failed delivery attempts and a picture of where I live, I was home on all attempts. It’s been 6 days now and the last 3 have said my parcel is at the Dunstable depot !!!!

Terrible experience with DPD. My parcel was supposed to be delivered to my home, but the driver (Phil) didn’t even try to contact me. He didn’t call, didn’t knock, just marked the delivery as failed and uploaded a random photo of the house from the wrong side. Our address is clearly visible in big letters, even attached to the window, yet he didn’t bother to check. I then redirected the parcel to a Pickup Point, but again it wasn’t delivered on the promised day. No calls, no updates, nothing. I ended up waiting three more days after the original delivery date they promised, constantly changing my plans for nothing. Unprofessional and unreliable service. I cannot trust DPD anymore.

Ordered an item from Ninja for next day delivery on Friday. Friday waited all day and told afternoon item would be delivered and I was number 98 and driver Sam was still doing 42 within 2 mins to my delivery time.Concerned I called DpD who told me I would definitely receive item- based on past experience I was not hopeful. 2 hours later told they had missed me with a photo of a random front door of some address. They never approached my ring door bell nor come near my house as I sat waiting. Cancelled item with seller as they would try again on Monday- useless.

Sorry we missed you... yeah you were two streets down taking a picture of my house.... and what does customer service do.. nothing they are a paint to get a hold of and get through to only to be useless. You clearly have issues with how many drivers just pretend to drop off and rush back to warehouse SORT IT OUT. Other courier services are much cheaper, better service and actually fix issues when customers complain.

Veselin is the person who is always assigned to deliver or collect items in my area. Unfortunately, he constantly causes issues and inconvenience with my parcels. He usually calls only once, and as soon as he rings the doorbell, he immediately takes a photo of my door and leaves. I’ve had to run after him several times to catch him before he leaves. I don’t understand how someone like this is employed by such a big company without proper supervision. I’m really disappointed, and this isn’t just a one-time issue. Yesterday, I was expecting someone to collect an item from me. When I saw that it was Veselin again, I already knew what to expect. I waited downstairs, ready for him, but he never showed up. Later, I checked the tracking section and saw this message: “When our driver arrived, we were advised there was nothing to collect.” That’s completely untrue — he never even came to my property. This is really unacceptable and frustrating.

Driver ‘Ankit‘ didn’t deliver my MacBook order to me. Drove past the house, but couldn’t find the address (or be bothered to get out of the van), delivered to parcel shop without any delivery attempt. So no “re” delivery attempt. No help from customer services “sorry the system doesn’t allow me to deliver to your house” … Pathetic. Idk why Apple UK use these tools. My house is easy to find.
