Another "No one was at home" load of old rubbish from a driver who couldn't be bothered to deliver my parcel. He took a picture of the rear doors of Bell Green library and said it was my front door. A day totally wasted. They're going to send the same guy out on Monday to deliver it again. What's the point of that? This is by far the worst and most dishonest delivery company.

No attempt to deliver a parcel that I supposedly "missed" whilst sat inside. When I go outside to talk to the delivery driver they say that they're not from DPD and don't have a parcel for me... so within the time that I received the photo and I walked outside the door my driver magically teleported away, whilst a different one happens to be outside.

The drivers don’t deliver two days I took off work to take in delivery first day sat in all day only to receive a text sorry the driver must you with a photo of the ground which was tarmac I have block paving and a camera so phone DPD and was told the depot would re deliver first day now in evening, still nothing so day two phoned DOD again and was informed that it’s now out for delivery today that’s day two and again text say sorry our driver misted you so again phoned DPD and again I’m in formed that I would be delivered evening day two up till 8pm. I will be advising.all my supplies not to use this company in future.

Absolutely appalling service. A package marked 'Fragile' was smashed and thrown away by DPD. They failed to notify me and when I complained that it hadn't arrived, they simply said marking the box 'Fragile' is 'no use' when it's in the vans or on the conveyor belt - presumably because nobody takes any notice. If they cannot treat the goods with reasonable care, they should refuse anything that is breakable.

Seeing lots of the same issues as I have had. 2 parcels, 1 week apart, same problem. Driver lying about attempting to deliver, even making up the name of a person in another flat. Photographs of closed front doors that are meaningless. I think the only way is to complain to people we order from as DPD not interested in receiving complaints or trying to improve.

Your driver pretended that he had attempted delivery. A different driver, but same excuse the next day. I have CCTV and nobody came here. I phoned you and you admit that the drivers had not been to my house. Three days of waiting. Still no delivery.

Terrible Terrible,if I had read the reviews first,I wouldn't have been in this mess,my parcel was delivered to another address and since it was weekend,I had to wait till Monday,but I couldn't because what I sent out was food and it won't be edible by the day they deliver it,so I paid £4.99 extra to get a VIP delivery the next day which is Saturday, they took my payment,but still insisted they can only deliver it on Monday,I just checked the app today(monday),and they've changed my delivery to Tuesday ,I even called that Friday to tell them how important the delivery was because it contains food inside,I'll rather chew a jean jacket than use dpd services again. 😠 😡

The driver are in so much rush to move away before the door opens. I feel they get incentives for this at the cost of the customer. I wouldn't use their service for premium on day or next day delivery. Very unreliable and unreachable.

Took the day off work to sign for expensive parcel. got a message saying the driver attempted the delivery This is not the case at all, I have multiple cameras over my house and no one even approached the front steps. But the worst part is DPD's customer support, first I tried the online chat, and that robot it useless and just kept repeating the same thing over and over. Then I tried calling but the automated voice was clearly broken as it gave me every line probably programmed into it without my even giving it any details. "Your parcel is out for delivery, the driver is in your area, there has been difficulties with your delivery". Then when I eventually got through to the overseas call centre by deliberately getting my tacking number wrong. The guy on the phone couldn't answer my questions as they clearly weren't on his script. DPD clearly don't want to getting through to any sort of customer support so they don't have to deal with it. Even asking the AI chat to make a complaint ends up going around in a circle so you never actually get to make the complaint. Delivery will be attempted again tomorrow, but I guarantee the exact same thing will happen. I'll stick to Amazon from now on.

The delivery drivers fail to leave my parcels in my chosen safe place. The parcels contain medical supplies which are of a very sensitive nature. Today I arrive home only to find yet another parcel from Stephen the DPD on my doorstep & when I picked the parcel up the contents fell out. DREADFUL COMPANY!

Ordered letterbox brownies for birthday present and they arrived 1 day late..the box was burst at one side then sellotaped...two brownies had bits missing with no broken bits in the box so assume contents fell out and then put back in the box... The driver should have asked recipient if willing to accept damaged goods instead of putting box through letter box

Mr Pablo,who deliver patcels in Brighton area.The driver didn't even drive up to the house. Clown.He lied that no one was at home instead he send message that parcel will deliver to the locker.... Pablo, don't lie lol

DPD failed to deliver my parcel once again. The driver was the imaginary John who hasn’t managed to make a single delivery to my husband or I so far this year. I have made numerous complaints about him but nothing is ever done. Also we are a large holiday park on a main road so there is no excuse for not delivering. Every other company delivers with no problems whatsoever. DPD around York are a waste of time and a disgrace. How this company still exists is beyond me.

absolute rubbish company in a space of two months they have lost two delivery parcels for us never found them so someones enjoying some free package of roses. dumped in someones porch no idea where. and another box delivered to Aldi pembrook docks porch. not even attempting to use the parcel lock up not impressed at all. I don't trust them anymore

DPD is the worst delivery company I’ve had experience with. So many parcels not delivered. Today I’ve been waiting for a parcel and especially during my time slot. My time slot isn’t even over and they have made no attempt to get the parcel delivered to me. No buzz for my flat and no knocks at the door, nothing. They have sent me a text saying it’s being delivered to a newsagents instead as “no one was in”. But I was definitely in. I can’t contact the driver and their website is useless. I now have to wait another day and go out of my way to collect a parcel although I paid for delivery and I’m 9 months pregnant. This is just one example of how useless they are.

They tried to deliver when I was in the house but I didn’t hear anything, nor did my mother. They then sent it to a place that is far away and in a place I never go. When I tried to contact customer service they said well he came and they can not redeliver. Even when I explained I would be unable to collect it from the place I still did not get any suitable help!

DPD is terrible. I regret sending my parcel to Zimbabwe using DPD. They don't care. Apparently they don't have offices in Zimbabwe and are culturally insensitive to how we are ready to approach their offices personally with parcel delivery quarries. Instead of referring me to their local agent address they frustrate you by denying you access to their agent. I later discovered who they use and surprisingly the local agent was very human, true to how we handle customer quarries and I was finally assisted enough to appreciate that DPD are ignorant and insensitive to Zimbabweans. I regret using DPD. I will stick to our usual guys who wasted no time attending to me.
