Atrocious attitude by Muhammad as one of my small friendly dogs escaped through the door. Rude and aggressive Called them nasty dirty animals. Maybe employ people who are not taught to be petrified of dogs.

Utterly useless company. Delivery man left packages downstairs, outside the building in plain sight. Didn't even bother ringing my doorbell, I was upstairs!!!

Parcel didn't arrive in 2 hour slot.3 hours after I received a delivered notification,with a photo,and it wasn't even my front door.Trying to get hold of someone is a nightmare. Customer service said someone will call me back. Ha! That was 2 days ago.

Drivers not picking up collection just sending messages that I haven't been at home. He came and saw parcel and left.please check footage that i attached Poor customer service that can't help with anything .

Utterly useless. No attempt to deliver, just drove off. Sent laughable picture to confirm "attempt". Two days ago a different driver left a package with a complete stranger, again making no attempt to come my door.

On 20 June 2025, my DPD delivery arrived around 40 minutes later than the allocated time window. When the driver arrived, he spoke to me via the intercom in a very abrupt and impatient tone, telling me to come downstairs. I explained I was alone at home with my two-year-old daughter and asked if he can bring the parcel to the 10th floor. Instead, the driver took a photo of the building entrance and walked away without responding. I quickly left my daughter with my neighbour and ran downstairs to try and catch him, as the delivery was important. I found him about 50 metres away near a local playground full of children and parents. As I approached, he became immediately aggressive. He shouted across the space, accused me of lying about having a child, and began verbally attacking me in front of multiple witnesses. He called me a “d...h..d” and said: “If it wasn’t for the kids here, I’d beat you up.” This was a public threat of violence in a family area. I remained calm and walked away, but this was extremely distressing. This is not about a late parcel – it’s about personal safety and basic respect. DPD must address this urgently. No one should be treated like this by a delivery driver.

USELESS! why give windows for a whole day?! I chose a 9-6 window because I wanted my parcels to be picked up early! I didn’t choose 12-6 but I have been given a 1-2 pm window? How does it make sense. They need to give smaller windows so you can actually get parcels picked up around the e time you actually want… not needing to sit all day waiting to see what time they might come. They emailed DAY OF at 6 am saying they will come at 1pm so I work up early just to sit around all day until collection. Absolutely stupid system for time slots. If you ask about a time slot, I want to give an actual small time slot, not the possibility of the whole day!

We have a lot of parcels delivered daily and if ever there is a problem with one, we can almost guarantee it will be DPD. Nearly all others are great with no problems. The staff in general are unhelpful and arrogant. The driver for our area is hopeless often claiming we were out when we weren't and frequently just throwing parcels over the gate including on one occasion a car battery from Tayna batteries that burst leaving battery acid everywhere.

I sent a parcel ,DPD did failed to collect from parcel shop for 2 days , and did not attempt to deliver parcel my customer and just returned it to me 3 days later . No communication , no excuse , just here you are not interested in providing the service you pay for .

The driver didnt deliver my parcel and i was home he just took a picture of my door and posted a we tried to deliver your parcel letter when he clearly didnt i wouldnt recommend this service isnt very reliable and the drivers are shockingly stupid

our dpd driver couldn't even be bothered to knock at the righ address, dropped off the parcel at number 50 rather than here at 23 although we were sat outside waiting for him to come, didn't even get to our address. pretty poor if they don't read the address and just post it anywhere at the postcode.

Awful from start to finish. The drivers moral is shot to pieces and who pays the price? Us as customers the drivers can't be bothered, they lie, deliver to the wrong address on countless occasions. Please please senders don't use them.

My post code doesn’t appear on their system so I was advised to use What three words in the comments section. They delivered to the building next door and after a mammoth task of claiming it I discovered only one parcel out of two was delivered and it was heavily damaged on all sides. The call centre made it impossible for me to talk to them about it as I could not tell them the name of the company I got the unit from which was different on their records. I am now stuck with one half of a unit which is heavily damaged. Shocking service.

Been home for 4 days...2 of them taken as holiday to wait for fake deliveries. On the final day I actually witnessed the driver drive past my home and 2 minutes later mark me down as not home again. His 5 deliveries before mine were all very close and on the same road so when I saw he was near I stood out on the main road and waited. Each day, customer services fobbed me off with "it will be delivered tomorrow" and "we're not sure why the delivery picture is of a van floor, a brick wall, someone's hand etc but this does prove they really did attempt the delivery". With no option to collect from a depot and them also failing to deliver to a pickup shop (suggest by them!) I would never risk using them again. Absolute joke of a service

Dreadful and dishonest. I waited in all afternoon but they did not show up. They then claimed to have called but no response - blatantly untrue! Delivering instructions include leaving my parcel with “any neighbour” if I am not in! DPD did NOT attempt delivery. Text advised my parcel has been left at a shop for collection over 15 miles away! Worst delivery experience ever.

Failed to deliver my phone today, took a photo 200m from my house and then said sorry we missed you. Rubbish. You know when the people you order from (Giffgaff) in this instance say that DPD will deliver your parcel that actually they won't. Excuse blah excuse blah see you tomorrow blah. It reflects on you too Giffgaff....

Dear [Delivery Company], I’m extremely disappointed with the service today. The driver did not knock on the door or attempt to deliver the parcel properly. Instead, they simply took a photo of the door and left. My daughter was in the living room all day, waiting specifically to receive the parcel. Shortly after, I received a message saying, “Sorry we missed you”—which is completely untrue. This isn’t the NOT one time All the time he does has happened. It’s unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company. I genuinely don’t understand why individuals who consistently fail to do their job properly are still being employed. Please take this matter seriously and ensure it’s addressed appropriately.
