Shocking service. I placed an order on line and they used DPD to deliver my very large parcel. The parcel was meant to be delivered to my home address. DPD persisted in delivering the parcel to their local pick up shop and then recorded that the shop was closed. When I spoke with DPD they promised to deliver it the next day to my address. Same thing happened for 5 days. I eventually had to speak to the shop and asked if they would call me if DPD tried to deliver the parcel again. Thankfully they agreed. DPD your awful and your customer service department tell lies and give false promises. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Would give zero stars if possible. The only job of a delivery company is to deliver a parcel. I literally waited on the curb TWICE and watched the driver drive past and then say that they were unable to reach me. Absolutely useless. I’ve never written written a negative review before but I will write this on every single platform I can find.

DPD drivers go out of their way to ensure they do not deliver your parcels. You may have to wait at the entrance of your street ,for the rest of your life to get your parcel delivered.

Parcel delivered on time, fantastic..but despite me giving 2 preferred drop off locations for when Im not home, the driver left my parcel on my doorstep. I distinctly didn't want this, I live in an area of high crime and theft from my doorstep is a very high possibility. What's the point in asking for a preferred drop off neighbour/safe place if that's then ignored. Also, when I tried to complain about this and give negative feedback on DPDs website, I was given the "oops, theres a problem completing your request" message. Despite trying many times this was always the response, so I tried leaving positive feedback and, well well well, it went straight through no problem. That's just plain dishonest, and corrupt. Disgusting behaviour

The worst service I've ever had from a courier company. Four failed deliveries, three drove by my property and pretended that missed me, the fourth did the same except they didn't even bother to drive to my property before pretending. Joke of a company and I'm still waiting for my package.

Do not use this company. Paid for next day delivery. Delayed twice and now being sent back. I do not know why any business would use this company.

WARNING!!!!! Extremely poor customer service, appalling. You cannot get in touch with anyone. There is no complaint procedure. They say the sender did not sent the parcel, Excuse me, I am the sender and I have CCTV cameras showing that the driver collected the parcel. My parcel is missing and I've lost 7 days making 100 of calls and chats with no answer whatsoever. You do not stand a chance to speak with someone. There is no phone numbers to call and speak with someone. and when you do they send you on a website that does not work, give you an email address for complaints that is not valid.

Item scheduled in for delivery on Tuesday 1st of September was not delivered, it was not delivered on the 2nd or the 3rd either. I phoned the help centre where the operator was not helpful and abrasive and would not hand me over to their superior. I Will be requesting any future deliveries are not made with DPD.

Failed to deliver several days in a row, claiming they can't find their own lockbox site... what a joke, what a massive inconvenience for both the merchant and myself. I hope they stop using your service. Lazy drivers just can't be bothered to deliver properly.

This is the WORST courier service and should really be dissolved. So consistently incompetent. From the drivers through to the customer service, they only hire liars, unhelpful and lazy people. The DPD drivers either go to the wrong location or press the wrong door number. Then customer service hang up on you because they don't care to fix their failure. I was told that it makes no sense for a driver to arrive at the building and not buzz. Accused me of lying when i said the driver must have buzzed the wrong door. Then the horrid cow hung up on me. So am out money, time, given i spent the morning waiting for the collection and had the pleasure of dealing with an awful person who accused me of lying, before she hang up on me. Not to mention the idiot who couldn't read the door number. All businesses should cut ties with this horrid service provider. Problems only happen with DPD, i have made several complaints over the years and it seems they are only getting worse. They are cheap for a reason. Cut ties

I booked a next day service on 17:00 29/08/2026 online. Printed off the label and attached it to the parcel and found a drop off place near me (Co-op store on Balham Hill SW12). Bear in mind this is my first time using the send service via DPD. It was all well and good up until this point. I dropped the parcel off 17:57 on 29/08/2026 - as of right now (Wednesday 02/09/2026 11:45) my parcel is still sat at the Co-op on Balham Hill SW12. A complete and utter joke! My parcel is a birthday gift for my son and was meant to arrive on his birthday 31/08/2026. There is no one you can call or speak to other than stupid bots on a web chat. If you have something important to send stick to Royal Mail, they are a million times better than this nonsense. The web chat are unable to help, they cannot even escalate the case or raise a query as to a missed collection! My parcel is just sat there, alongside over 10 other parcels confirmed to me by the store manager at the Co-op on Balham Hill. He also told me DPD have come to deliver parcels and act time they asked them to take the parcels they make an excuse to say they do not have space in the van! The manager also told me that it's a norm for these parcels to not be collected for days and weeks sometimes! What kind of a nonsense is this. The store has no way of logging this and reporting it and as a result DPD comes at their own leisure to collect the parcels. Initially I was told I missed the Saturday collection time but now via the web chat I have been told DPD does not collect parcels on a weekend or on bank holidays. Last night I went to the Co-op and spoke to the manager and asked him to show me my parcel and it was still there! Tuesday was neither a weekend or a bank holiday so why was it not collected? the manager also confirmed there were over 10 parcels in the same boat just sat there like lemons!! I got through to someone on a web chat but other than apologising they did nit have anything substantial to say. I asked for a solution they were unable to provide one, they also confirmed no driver is assigned to collect the parcels! from the horses mouth lol. Upon hearing all this, bearing in mind my experience and lack of assurance that they will do something about this I asked the advisor to refund me my money so that I may collect my parcel and send it via Royal Mail special delivery. They did not reply to my request, instead said it will be collected today!? how can I believe even believe this as one no driver is assigned for a pick up and two the manager divulged that parcels are not collected for 10 days at a time!! the gentlemen ended the web chat. Where does it leave me - in the same place as I was before! lol I would also like to mention upon making the booking online there was no mention that parcels are not collected on weekends snd bank holidays! that's mis selling right there! once they take your money and do not collect the parcel the customer has no number to call or actually speak to anyone so the customer is left in limbo and at their mercy!!! I was also not given the option for my parcel to be collected from my home which might have ensured it could have reached its destination on time and instead I was only given the option of dropping it off at the drop off location. Which might I add was not some shoddy internet cafe but a Co-op store on a high road! All I can say is its a complete and utter joke! If you need to send a parcel and you want someone reliable choose Royal Mail, as bad as they are they are far better than these cowboys! this was my first experience and last. As of right mow of me writing this review my parcel is still at the Co-op drop off place.
