Deliver driver sukhbir is a joke I was tracking my delivery he was on delivery number 93 and I was delivery number 95 then all of a sudden he must think I can't be arsed to deliver it and put it as missed with a picture of bushes and someone's roof of a house, my delivery had medication that needs 2 be in the fridge don't see him paying me back for that!!! I have 3 people in the house 2 dogs and a camera on my front door. I have screenshot to prove he was on delivery number 93 and I was number 95 plus the driver screenshot and the random bush he snap shotted. Dpd is a joke rang them and they rang driver n he said can't deliver it now hes not in area, NEVER EVEN BOTHERED 2 DELIVER IIT FIRST TIME!!! absolutely fuming!!

My parcel 1550 0252 197 403 1 was never delivered: head office couldn’t generate a PIN, dpd london docklands depot mishandled it, delivery staff rushed, customer service ignored back-to-back calls, and emergency delivery was refused. Outdated and frustrating — DPD customer no more; better alternatives are UPS, FedEx, Hermes, or Royal Mail. DPD customer no more.

If only I can give a “no-star” for dpd, that’s it. DPD is such an unreliable shipping company. How come you are still choosing this? They have attempted delivery? But no one rang? Our time is precious, too. The same problem happened to me multiple times with this company. Habitual manner. No improvement. Customer service is such a mess as well. They cannot reassure you enough. You will still follow their instructions even it is mainly their fault. Very inconsiderate of them. They should close, actually. All of their staff are incompetent.

1 star because i can’t give less. Useless. 4 years of them, losing, getting my parcel stolen or keeping me under stress. Just today they ignored my request to deliver my parcel the next day and they left it “safe” outside the block in everyone’s view and up for grabs. You should’t exist as a company and i wish you get exactly the level of service you give.

Twice now a driver has claimed no-one was available to sign, despite my watching him pull up, wait 20 seconds, then leave without ringing any doorbells or even bothering to go to the front door. Ridiculous service with serious quality control issues.

DPD driver Essa said I wasn't at home when I was. I live in a block of flats and he didn't try to ring the bell or phone me. He took a picture of the outside of our building as 'proof' he 'attempted' to collect. He then, instead of reattempting delivery, dumped the parcel in a delivery shop for me to collect. There's a reason why people choose delivery specifically and not collection... in this case, as well, it was an urgent delivery that I paid for.

Extremely poor service. Kyle who is the driver in the Gorgie area of Edinburgh, consistently delivers a poor service. Leaving parcels outside, does not ring door bells or service buttons. Signs parcels fraudulently as delivered when this is a lie. Has very poor customer service. DPD will do nothing about this. Currently worse than Evri

Waited in all morning for parcel - never turned up. Then get message that they are “sorry” they missed us. They went to wrong house - as confirmed by photo - tried to contact customer service - no luck. Just some AI with the same (patronising) response over and over again. No way of accessing a human at all. My options are (1) waste another day waiting (2) pay for the privilege of a 1 hour slot tomorrow even though the mistake was 100% on them. Either way I am wasting more time and not getting my parcel today.

Once again I am unhappy with service from DPD. Driver requested to leave parcel with a neighbour but didn’t. He then dropped the parcel off at a shop which was not the nearest DPD collect shop. Large parcel too! Useless

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the terrible service provided by DPD couriers in Tresses Mélac. I ordered a package from "Couteaux du Chef" which was supposed to be delivered on August 18, 2025. It is now August 26, 2025, and after multiple reminders to DPD and the seller, not only has the package still not arrived, but DPD has just informed me that it has been returned to "Couteaux du Chef" without any valid explanation! The tracking notifications were a complete mess: constantly contradictory announcements of imminent delivery. I contacted DPD customer service several times by phone—and no, these were not automated responses, but actual human commitments that were never honored. For example, I was promised home delivery rather than delivery to a pick-up point, but nothing was done! The same goes for "Couteaux du Chef," which was unable to obtain any concrete resolution. At this point, I am still completely in the dark as to when the item I ordered and already paid for will finally be delivered to me. This is simply unacceptable and demonstrates a blatant lack of professionalism, reliability, and respect for customers. DPD Tresses Mélac has lost all my trust, and I strongly advise anyone against using their services. Avoid them at all costs and choose a reliable carrier!

My package was sent to me while I was away on holiday, it went to the pickup shop, even though I specify that they should try a neighbour, the shop they left it in is also not the one that I specified, now the shop that it is left in only does dpd bulls*it when the post office is open, it just so happen that it is bank holiday, so it is closed, and it is last day i can pick up my package. Oh did I mention that in the package there are insulin pump supplies, which is rather necessary stuff? also the hours of opening specified on the dpd page are not those of the poat office, but of the shop, which made me travel there twice. And all would be understandable and all if it wasn't for the fact that there is absolutely no way to get in touch with any human from this company, chat just throws you in the continuous loop of "let me try try to help you first". I will continue posting 1 star reviews everywhere I can, as automated chat has no way of helping me.

Extremely Poor Service – Failed Next Day Delivery & Empty Promises, Zero Star. I’m absolutely appalled by my recent experience with DPD. I paid for next-day delivery for an item I urgently needed by Saturday, 24th August. I waited all day at home with four other people, all of us keeping an ear out for the delivery. We even left clear notes on both the front and back doors telling the driver to ring the bell. Guess what? No delivery. No knock. No card. Nothing. To make matters worse, the photo uploaded by the driver isn’t even of my property — it’s a random location that doesn’t match my address. Either the driver went to the wrong place or didn’t bother trying at all. I called DPD at 3:00 PM and spoke to ****, who assured me that she had contacted the depot and requested the driver to return and deliver the parcel. She told me it would be delivered that day. That never happened. No call. No update. No parcel. This parcel was time-sensitive and critical, and DPD completely failed on all fronts — zero accountability, false reassurances, and appalling customer service. Absolutely unacceptable. DPD – if you're reading this: This kind of failure is becoming way too common with DPD lately, and judging by recent reviews, I’m clearly not alone. 📉 Avoid if your delivery is urgent or time-sensitive.

If you're considering using DPD, I'd advise you to read this first. After a DPD driver hit my van, breaking the wing mirror, and drove away, I was left to navigate their appalling customer service. Despite video proof, it took two weeks and three complaints to get a response. I was then tasked with arranging my own quotes for repairs and towing. Their final resolution? A cheque, which could take up to seven working days to arrive, for me to buy and fit the part myself. They offer no compensation for the immense hassle or the fact that my vehicle will be off the road for up to four weeks. The lack of accountability and customer care is shocking. Be warned

DPD is unreliable, the customer service is atrocious, they offer no real or verifiable soultions. Only that it will be delivered i have wasted 3 days waiting for a next day delivery each time given time slots via phone, email and chat and reassurances by sender and DPD even the complaints team of DPD assured delivery. In the end i cancelled my purchase and let the sender deal with them.
