Item damaged on arrival, heard the driver throw it on the floor and saw him run off before I could answer the door snapping the plant in half and emptying the soil from it's pot.

Very unhelpful/rude customer service reps, paid for next day delivery, told it will be arriving 2 and half days after being ordered on prime, making the item useless to me.

Driver refused to take parcels as DPD labels weren’t printed. Return address clearly on parcels. Showed him email and QR codes. He didn’t want to know. Said he would be back when labels were printed and haven’t seen or heard since. All emails bounce back and phones don’t answer. The worst possible customer service. I begrudge giving them 1 star, there should be a no star option. I will never deal with this outfit again and will discourage any who ever asks me

I was using Eurosender to send a package from Croatia to Sweden, and DPD is a partner of Eurosender. DPD lost my package of 20 kg, it was a big package. I think they stole it. It was my shoes and bags. All the other packages were delivered normally

Why can't we give no Stars infact it is only worthy of minus!! Shambolic from the chat to time wasted on the phone.. Told they could not deliver..only realised after they failed to deliver the second time that they don't actually try to!! I stupidly paid extra to ensure delivery & they never came anywhere near!! Time slot 12-18.00 at 16.00 failed attempt (only they didn't!!) Then they were shut!! 2 hrs before my delivery slot had even finished! A joke, a disgrace!!! Why do companies use them?!

I'm a pensioner who received a bulky delivery this morning, which blocked up the front entrance of the house. I asked the driver if he'd kindly put the large box by the garden gate, he said "I've delivered it already" and left.

I have ordered 2 separate items from 2 different companies recently on line. Unfortunately both these sellers used DPD to deliver ( sorry not deliver) these goods. Their tracking system is totally flawed and states that goods waiting to be picked up and is never updated. These people are the worst courier system going and should not be used. BE WARNED. Only gave them 1 star so I could write this review.

Most horrible delivery company . You don’t receive any communication from them regarding your package. I was supposed to receive my order yesterday and it did not arrive, when you check on their website they state that they failed to deliver yet they don’t even state the reason for the failure of delivery, they don’t even call. They provide appalling service and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this delivery company.

I had to give a star otherwise I cannot write a review about your SHAMBOLIC service, Your courier blatant lies and not delivering or attempting to deliver my parcel . Then to have the cheek to say I was not in as I took the day off work to wait for the parcel. What makes me laugh he delivered my parcel nearly a hour away from where I live and I don't drive .

I don't usually use DPD however I don't have a choice on this parcel. Its my new phone from EE and I ordered it Friday for next day delivery fair enough there has been a weekend in there it is now 7:26pm on Monday eavening and I haven't even been contacted in regards to where my phone is or what is going on. On the website on tracking info it says "Sorry there has been a delay it will be resolved within 24 hours" ...... it has been saying that since Saturday morning. I have had no contact what so ever no updates nothing I was lied to when I was told it would be in next day delivery I am in desperate need of a new phone and there is no sign of it. I will not be using again

Collection time arranged so both my husband & I at home. During this time an Email arrived staying that when driver arrived he was advised there was nothing to collect! I called customer services and was told they had a photo of our front door that the driver had taken but when I asked for the photo to be emailed to me she said it wasn't possible. She described our door in the photo but I'm interested to see if it's today's photo or the one of our address on Google maps! I would love to know who the driver spoke to as he was advised we had nothing to collect. Customer services would not arrange another date for collection, I was told I will have to do that myself!

If there was a zero rating, DPD deserve that! I have always used EVRi for my deliveries. The first time I've been forced to have my phone from Giffgaff delivered by DPD and they come at a time I'm at work and don't give an option to leave it with my neighbour or in a safe space. Now I've got to wait until tomorrow! Absolute shambles of a company. I would never ever use them!!!

The worst! DPD Don't Bother! Terrible Experience with DPD Couriers in South-East London. I've had the misfortune of dealing with DPD couriers in South-East London, an absolute nightmare. On several consecutive days, I awaited the delivery of my phone during their promised one-hour window. However, each time, they failed to show up. I rearranged my schedule, cleared my calendar, and wasted precious hours/days waiting for them, only to be disappointed each time. What's worse is that they have the audacity to leave false evidence of attempted deliveries, as if I wouldn't notice the blatant lies. It's as if they think customers are gullible enough to believe their deceitful tactics. And to add insult to injury, they conveniently forget about deliveries after sundown, 'running late' DPD couriers in South-East London are a complete waste of time and money. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and utterly incompetent. If you value your time and sanity, I highly recommend avoiding them at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and choose a courier service that actually delivers on its promises

After needing to return a lawn mower to QVC arrangements were made for pick up, the first pick up was not able to take place as it was a bank holiday, far enough, 2nd attempt I was given an hours time slot, never left the house and after waiting after the time given went onto sight to see that my parcel had been collected half an hour before, strange that's still in a huge box in my hall! not the small one shown in the back of the van on the photograph on the site, rearranged for the 3td time and before the time slot was over I received a message on the app saying the parcel was not ready for collection!!! I have NEVER had such blatant lies regarding a parcel firm. Poor QVC what will their customers think, they have done everything they can DPD are a shame of a company I wouldn't ever trust them with a parcel of mine. Avoid at all costs

Unprofessionaly drivers, poor service in regards their assistance, no complaint form available, operators putting you in hold snd then hang up after several minutes of waiting. No propper outcome, only apologies and deliveries rescheduled. The operators sre bassicaly covering up for the drivers with no actual solution in solving clients problems.

This company is a completely incompetent. I run a small limited company in South East Cornwall. I get deliveries on a daily basis from UPC, Parcel Force, Amazon etc. All of whom easily find my address. I get deliveries every few days from DPD. It has got to the stage where we have to try to chase the van down in our village as they repeatedly throw our deliveries off at an incorrect address. This has cost me money when I have had to cancel booked jobs as they have failed to deliver (often stating that there was no one at home). This is incorrect. My wife works from home. I have been treated as if I am a thief or lying, when I have contacted my suppliers to say a delivery has not arrived (when they have been told it has). Only to find on investigation that it has been dropped at a different address hundreds of yards from my house. They rarely use the same driver twice on this route and despite there being a notice board displaying every address in the village, they refuse to view it. After my most recent failed delivery, I have again wasted hours of my life trying to make a complaint. But you can't speak to anyone. On the chat facility on their App, I'm told to use 'What Three Words'. It won't let me use this as it repeatedly says my 'What Three Words' are too far from original location. I have tried moving their 'Pinpoint', but can't because it is too far from its original location. How can this be right? If I could choose my 'What Three words', it would be 'DPD are useless'. So I can't speak to anyone, I can't use My Three Words and I can't move their pinpoint. They are shocking and it is getting to the stage where we question suppliers as to their delivery firm as this firm is destroying my business. I have tried to upload photos but it won't let me! How strange.

This is the second time within two days I've received notification that the driver missed me. I have a Ring doorbell and it detected no movement near my flat at all. I use the app too so the second option was "Deliver to any neighbour" and it looks like the drivers didn't attempt any of them and now I have to collect it from a random Matalan that's not even near me on another day. I was told they have a policy called "Can't Wait" but it loons like the driver utilised this as an excuse after being over half an hour late to my time slot.
