Very bad, they always make excuses…. We missed your parcel and attach wrong picture. Mostly they click picture downstairs in flats… not afford to come upstairs. They just complete their job doesn’t matter they delivered or not.

Delivered out of the one hour time slot that were not aloud to change. Fresh food left in direct sunlight after tapping on the porch door, ignoring the sign that says please use the back door and also ignoring the doorbell. The food was there for 2 hours in direct sunlight and was only found because my wife opened the front door.

One star is too much for this disastrous company. They are getting as bad as Hermes with their delivery failures. I am given a delivery date but 9 times out of ten it is not met. When I pay for a 24 hour delivery I expect to get it in 24 hours and not 3 days later. Stear clear of DPD and do not telephone them as their call rate is premium plus.

DPD have been appalling; this item was due to be delivered on 03/09/25, but it was not. Through tracking, we learnt it was going to be delivered on 05/09/2025. We then found out it was going to be delivered at 20:00, and we were going on holiday, so we delayed our departure by three hours so we would be in as we did not want them to go astray, as they are my daughter's prescription glasses. We were keeping an eye on DPD tracking and where we were in the queue for delivery, and then suddenly it said they had been delivered and accepted by someone called Chris. There is nobody in our household called Chris, and the photo was just a random photo of a door partially open and certainly not our house. I went to the house, I thought it may have been delivered to, and they told me they had told the delivery driver it was not them and where our house was. The driver definitely did not try to deliver it to our house. We tried to deal with it, but DPD were uncontactable and we were going on holiday. We rang from our holiday in Croatia on the Monday, but DPD were absolutely no help. I happened to look at the tracking a week later, and it said back with our local DPD office on 17/09. It had disappeared for 12 days. I was still in Croatia and thought I would leave until our return to the UK and sort it out on Monday, 22/09; however, today it said it was being prepared to be returned to Italy. I rang DPD five times on various numbers, but they refused to help. FURTHERMORE they also said they had no complaint or compensation process, so basically they can deliver the worst possible service without redress. This has been hugely inconvenient and stressful, and we still do not have my daughter's prescription glasses, which she needed for her holiday, but now desperately needs for driving. I demand the glasses be delivered to us A.S.A.P. and we be compensated for all this inconvenience and stress, especially while we are on holiday.

Bad service and rude by phone .. I got the message the parcel was few minutes away and after 5 minutes I got the message we missed you .. the driver Sam never stop to my shop I was open and nobody coming to delivery ,also I have the option to deliver to my neighbour.. try to call and fir two time consecutive they was rude by the phone and didn’t answer my question because the system don’t work and to call back another time …

Notified of a failed delivery despite nobody attempting to deliver the parcel. Customer service were disinterested and adamant that the driver had been, even though I confirmed on the ring doorbell to be sure I hadn't missed it. This company goes from bad to worse and their customer service is an absolute disgrace

Again parcel not delivered... just different excuse: wrong address provided. LOL The same driver delivered parcel 3 days ago without any issues.... :DDD Bunch of idiots at DPD. Say NO to DPD on Amazon!!!

Inept, incompetent and deceitful in their reasons for a package not delivered. Once able to speak to a human in some far distant land after the thankless, wasteful and tedium of their moronic “Chat” facility, the operator could only go to the obviously scripted box-ticking and was unable to offer anything other than a stream of apologies that were so patently pre-rehearsed and insincere. DPD’s growth has left behind any humanity and I can but hope LEGO, the originators of my nondelivery strike this dreadful courier from their chosen list of suppliers - a pipe dream I know.

Driver didn't even get out the vehicle. Then on the second "attempt" they lied about me not having the PIN. They didn't even come to the door. The parcel is now being returned to the seller and I'm being charged a return fee!

This company is a nightmare! I stayed home, even took a day off work, waiting for my parcel — and they had the nerve to send a message saying no one was there to deliver it. I WAS RIGHT THERE! They didn’t even bother to show up. Now I have to drag myself out tomorrow to collect it from some random location that isn’t even close to my home. Terrible service, disgusting customer support, and completely untrustworthy. DPD clearly does not care about its customers at all. Avoid them at all costs!

Do not use this damn company. They employ liars and the service is terrible. I ordered a parcel, and they provided a delivery date and time. I live in a building with a reception that is always staffed, and I was home all day. When the delivery time came, I received an SMS saying the delivery failed and I would have to pick it up the next day. I called customer support, but they didn’t let me say a word—they just interrupted me, read from a sheet, said goodbye, and hung up. Absolutely hopeless people. I’ve never seen worse. Delivery location: Newcastle.

Paid for next day delivery. Driver didn’t even ring my bell, knock on my window or my front door. Yet I received a missed delivery notification. No DPD van captured on my cameras either. They lie about attempted delivery so they can get through as many deliveries as possible. Mine required a PIN code due to its value, so I guess that takes too much of the drivers time. Oh, and I have found it’s 50/50 if they re attempt another delivery the next day.

Absolutely disgusting company, I live in a block of flats. As a result these drivers won't deliver to me, they just say I'm not in. I ring the telephonists who just lie and say they'll put in a complaint, which goes nowhere. Nobody cares, nobody knows how to actually do their job. Just a bunch of incompetent liers.

Dpd are without a doubt not only the worse company ive ever dealt with but the absolute worse currier service i have ever dealt with , they make mistake after costly mistake, and there is no help to rectify their shoddy drivers and staff , Please reputable company's don't use them . It is putting people off using you

“No delivery attempt – CCTV proves it, yet parcel dumped at collection point” I specifically requested my parcel be left in my safe place. Instead, the driver made no attempt whatsoever to deliver – my CCTV clearly shows nobody came to the door. Without warning, the parcel was diverted to a Pickup Shop. I have no means of collecting it and nor should I be expected to when I paid for home delivery. The complete lack of effort to even attempt delivery is unacceptable, and I will be escalating this with the retailer as they will be equally unimpressed by the poor service being associated with their brand. I require urgent redelivery of this parcel to my home address, as originally instructed.
