My parcel should’ve arrived Monday 6th October, I paid a next day delivery charge. It’s saying failed delivery attempts and a picture of where I live, I was home on all attempts. It’s been 6 days now and the last 3 have said my parcel is at the Dunstable depot !!!!

Terrible experience with DPD. My parcel was supposed to be delivered to my home, but the driver (Phil) didn’t even try to contact me. He didn’t call, didn’t knock, just marked the delivery as failed and uploaded a random photo of the house from the wrong side. Our address is clearly visible in big letters, even attached to the window, yet he didn’t bother to check. I then redirected the parcel to a Pickup Point, but again it wasn’t delivered on the promised day. No calls, no updates, nothing. I ended up waiting three more days after the original delivery date they promised, constantly changing my plans for nothing. Unprofessional and unreliable service. I cannot trust DPD anymore.

Ordered an item from Ninja for next day delivery on Friday. Friday waited all day and told afternoon item would be delivered and I was number 98 and driver Sam was still doing 42 within 2 mins to my delivery time.Concerned I called DpD who told me I would definitely receive item- based on past experience I was not hopeful. 2 hours later told they had missed me with a photo of a random front door of some address. They never approached my ring door bell nor come near my house as I sat waiting. Cancelled item with seller as they would try again on Monday- useless.

Sorry we missed you... yeah you were two streets down taking a picture of my house.... and what does customer service do.. nothing they are a paint to get a hold of and get through to only to be useless. You clearly have issues with how many drivers just pretend to drop off and rush back to warehouse SORT IT OUT. Other courier services are much cheaper, better service and actually fix issues when customers complain.

Veselin is the person who is always assigned to deliver or collect items in my area. Unfortunately, he constantly causes issues and inconvenience with my parcels. He usually calls only once, and as soon as he rings the doorbell, he immediately takes a photo of my door and leaves. I’ve had to run after him several times to catch him before he leaves. I don’t understand how someone like this is employed by such a big company without proper supervision. I’m really disappointed, and this isn’t just a one-time issue. Yesterday, I was expecting someone to collect an item from me. When I saw that it was Veselin again, I already knew what to expect. I waited downstairs, ready for him, but he never showed up. Later, I checked the tracking section and saw this message: “When our driver arrived, we were advised there was nothing to collect.” That’s completely untrue — he never even came to my property. This is really unacceptable and frustrating.

Driver ‘Ankit‘ didn’t deliver my MacBook order to me. Drove past the house, but couldn’t find the address (or be bothered to get out of the van), delivered to parcel shop without any delivery attempt. So no “re” delivery attempt. No help from customer services “sorry the system doesn’t allow me to deliver to your house” … Pathetic. Idk why Apple UK use these tools. My house is easy to find.

Waited for the parcel in the delivery slot the driver did not came, a message was showing that the driver is late and will be with you shortly. I waited as it was a phone and I need it urgently, after 30 minutes a message came saying we missed you with a photo of the front of another house. The driver never came to our house. Such frustrating and at the end they lied about it.

Terrible service! The delivery driver was late so after waiting 40 minutes I put in a request to leave it with a neighbour which was accepted and changed on the app. I then, another 30 minutes later got a message saying they couldn’t make my delivery and it’s been rescheduled for two days later which is unacceptable. I won’t use DPD again and have asked Nike to cancel my order and refund my payment. I only placed the order in the knowledge that it would be delivered to me today at the latest. Unfortunately the items will no longer be of any use to me. The most frustrating part is I literally idiot proofed it and they still messed it up!

Driver didn't try to enter complex. Same driver, multiple incidents. No failed delivery dockets, because the driver never even made it to the mailbox. 3 different deliveries, stayed home specifically to receive the deliveries only to get a failure notice AFTER THE FACT.

I would have given them Zero if possible, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They delivered my package to an address that was not on any supplied delivery address, in fact the driver decided to change the delivery postcode to fit the address. DPD refused to inform me of the actual address they delivered the parcel too, said it was against freedom of information act, which is rubbish as it was my parcel. They also did not read the actual address which was Leicester and delivered my parcel to Luton, then denied that they were responsible for the delivery to the address. I suspect fraud might have been committed and have reported them and the whole incident which I have documentary evidence to the police. DO not use this company ever. The picture enclosed is of an unknown address as DPD would not reveal who they gave my parcel to but it was nobody that I know for sure as it was the wrong town and the wrong postal code

Abysmal Customer Service. This company are unable to update a post code. I was advised the only way that they could do this was for me to get the company I purchased goods from to contact them to do this. I did as instructed but DPD have still not updated their system and have sent the parcel to the same incorrect address again. Due to this inflexibility and incompetence I will have to throw away over £100 worth of perishable goods. Absolutely disgusting DPD. You need to to better!

Once again DPD attempted to deliver my new phone to the wrong address, and their customer service is atrocious. Every other delivery company delivers to our address without issue yet every time with them is just aggravation. Sky Mobile please stop using them as your courier!!!

I have waited 10 days for my delivery the first delivery I actually watched him take the photo from across the street , the 2nd my husband was at the door and she walked passed him, called dpd and was told it would be with me by end of day only to receive a message it would be delivered the next day

You’re Driver did not knock on my door put my parcel straight into my bin then when I opened the door he just said am to busy and left I had to call my daughter out to receive my parcel as am disable and unable to get my parcel out of a bin
