My post code doesn’t appear on their system so I was advised to use What three words in the comments section. They delivered to the building next door and after a mammoth task of claiming it I discovered only one parcel out of two was delivered and it was heavily damaged on all sides. The call centre made it impossible for me to talk to them about it as I could not tell them the name of the company I got the unit from which was different on their records. I am now stuck with one half of a unit which is heavily damaged. Shocking service.

Been home for 4 days...2 of them taken as holiday to wait for fake deliveries. On the final day I actually witnessed the driver drive past my home and 2 minutes later mark me down as not home again. His 5 deliveries before mine were all very close and on the same road so when I saw he was near I stood out on the main road and waited. Each day, customer services fobbed me off with "it will be delivered tomorrow" and "we're not sure why the delivery picture is of a van floor, a brick wall, someone's hand etc but this does prove they really did attempt the delivery". With no option to collect from a depot and them also failing to deliver to a pickup shop (suggest by them!) I would never risk using them again. Absolute joke of a service

Dreadful and dishonest. I waited in all afternoon but they did not show up. They then claimed to have called but no response - blatantly untrue! Delivering instructions include leaving my parcel with “any neighbour” if I am not in! DPD did NOT attempt delivery. Text advised my parcel has been left at a shop for collection over 15 miles away! Worst delivery experience ever.

Failed to deliver my phone today, took a photo 200m from my house and then said sorry we missed you. Rubbish. You know when the people you order from (Giffgaff) in this instance say that DPD will deliver your parcel that actually they won't. Excuse blah excuse blah see you tomorrow blah. It reflects on you too Giffgaff....

DPD are the worst. Trying to get my delivery for days now. The delivery man is keep missing my address and not bother to call. They are now refusing to deliver it

Dear [Delivery Company], I’m extremely disappointed with the service today. The driver did not knock on the door or attempt to deliver the parcel properly. Instead, they simply took a photo of the door and left. My daughter was in the living room all day, waiting specifically to receive the parcel. Shortly after, I received a message saying, “Sorry we missed you”—which is completely untrue. This isn’t the NOT one time All the time he does has happened. It’s unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company. I genuinely don’t understand why individuals who consistently fail to do their job properly are still being employed. Please take this matter seriously and ensure it’s addressed appropriately.

They lost my 48 hour Covid test kit when I returned from Australia. I had been stuck in Australia for 22 months and the result would have let me see Family & Friends after 48 hrs max. DPD Middleton repeatedly failed to make this delivery. I had to quarantine until it arrived. My family & friends had organised a celebration and I could not attend. Each day they said it would be delivered. Each day at lunchtime they confirmed it wasn’t loaded onto the delivery van. This went on for weeks. It arrived after my quarantine period was over. The latest delivery they were supposed to make last month went wrong too. The driver said he couldn’t find my building. I live in a flat in a mill conversion. It’s the biggest building the village. They really are dreadful IMHO

Maria from the Fareham DPD branch is an absolute disgrace. I was at home the entire time, but she didn’t even bother getting out of her car to deliver my parcel. Useless!

DPD - neinformovalo mě předem ani sms ani emailem o doručení balíčku a jen mi zavolal kurýr že je před domem. Volal jsem mu za pár minut a už telefon nebyl funkční. Druhý den mi kurýr telefon nebral celé dopoledne i přes to že mě osobně zná a ví kde bydlím. Místo toho mi na infolince řekli že bude doručen na vzdálené místo. Přitom balík byl objednán na mou adresu! DPD nebylo i před raní brzké zavolání na infolinku ochotno mi balík doručit kam byl směřován, tedy na mou adresu! DPD je za mě tímto totálně podprůměrná dopravní společnost již srovnatelná takřka s Českou Poštou. Za mě služba tragická nerespektující včasné prosby zákazníka!!!!

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received when I recently called to inquire about my parcel. The call handler was not only unhelpful but also aggressive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Their tone and attitude were unacceptable and made the situation unnecessarily stressful. Due to the poor handling of the call, I requested to speak with a manager. It’s concerning that someone with such a lack of professionalism is representing your company on the phone. No customer should be made to feel disrespected or dismissed when simply trying to resolve an issue. I would appreciate a prompt response, along with a proper explanation of how this matter will be addressed to ensure no other customers experience this.

Didn't get my order that I expected today. It isn't where the photo shows it to be. This same driver has delivered this last month correctly but can't get it right this time. I'm out of pocket and have run out of the supply I was expecting to be delivered!!! So irritating and very disappointing.

absolutely appalling sitting all day waiting for a parcel to be delivered that I’ve tracked to my home town for them to say sorry there was no one in to take your parcel. My ring doorbell says otherwise and now I’ve gotta wait for something I needed today until Monday when I’m in the office well done DPD useless

The driver didn't knock. Sat waiting all day and my phone pings that ive missed my delivery. Open living room door and there's a note saying the driver missed me. He must have parked elsewhere and ran because there was no sign of him or his van. the app also said 5 mins before that he was 45 mins away. 🙄

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with DPD's service. I paid an extra £12 for guaranteed delivery by Tuesday, but the driver falsely marked me as "not at home" and even uploaded a photo of a completely different location. Today, I was given another delivery window between 7am and 10pm. I waited all day — until 10:30pm — only to be informed that, due to "unexpected circumstances," my parcel was returned to the depot. This package was time-sensitive and needed to be in my hands today at the latest. To make matters worse, a second parcel was supposedly delivered to my address, yet DPD submitted a delivery photo showing a completely different house and falsely claimed it was handed to my wife. Absolute nonsense. This is beyond unacceptable. I lost time, money, and trust. I expect a full explanation and compensation for the failed delivery and mishandling of both parcels. I will actively avoid DPD in the future and advise others to do the same.

I am extremely disappointed with DPD's service yet again. My parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday and then today, instead I received a vague message stating, "Sorry, there's a delay with your parcel; this is normally resolved within 24 hours, and we will update you here shortly." No explanation, no accountability, just an empty promise. This is not the first time I've faced issues with DPD—delays and poor communication seem to be their standard practice. It's frustrating to deal with a courier service that consistently fails to deliver on time or provide clear updates. I would not recommend DPD to anyone looking for reliable delivery. You cannot speak to anyone to find out what happened to your parcel between Bristol hum and local depot. I will never use DPD for any parcels. If ordering from a corporate supplier of computers etc I will ask what courier they use and if it is DPD i will find a supplier who use someone else.
