Phone call charges
If like me your parcel gets delivered to the wrong house then whatever you do don't phone them to sort out their mistake because i made 3 phone calls only to discover when my phone bill arrived that the cost of those 3 phone calls i made was £24. Absolutely disgusting and when I have contacted them by email they are refusing any refund. What a joke they are and they won't be getting any business from me from now on.
