Took almost 8 weeks and 3 hours on phone/webchat to get my parcel delivered to Australia. They managed to lose it in that time.
Various customer services members contradicted each other and gave me incorrect advice.
At the end I complained and they took zero responsibility for it. A waste of my time and money
