Missed delivery even though I was in at the stated time. Was relying on delivery on my day off and cannot call them as they charge exorbitant rates for calls.
To add insult to injury they even sent a snapshot of my front door claiming they were outside at 0905 while we were both in, one in the kitchen twenty foot away, one upstairs at the front of the house with window ajar.
Before buying online in future I'll check who they use for delivery and avoid
