Often a pretty good experience from hard working drivers, but I’ve been waiting up for a delivery that I was emailed by DPD to say that it would be here by 10pm.
It’s 10:20 and I’ve just found that it might be here on Friday or, possibly, Monday. Who can tell? DPD’s communicators don’t seem to be able to make a promise that I can rely on.
