Dropped off parcel for collection at the suggested Argos pickup point. Was given a DPD receipt with a printed tracking number.
No update emails have been received by either myself or the receiver.
I paid for next day delivery. That was a week ago.
When entering the DPD tracking number into their website, it doesn't recognise it, even though it is on a printed DPD receipt.
The money was debited from my bank account.
The parcel has gone, as well as my payment.
What a shambolic company.
