My parcel was held at Middleton dpd depot from 29/11/20
Today my tracking ref no showed that my parcel has been delivered to J D Returns and signed for .
This is not my name and address
After several t/calls dpd will not go and retrieve my parcel from the wrong address that they have delivered to leaving me annoyed and out of pocket by £42 and someone else having my new boots,I will never use this service
