They are consistently bad - customer services is bad, communication is bad, they notify a delivery slot and return items to base for another day, they notify a delivery time slot and don't turn up or are persistently late.
Quite often packages are damaged through rough handling or have been opened.
My heart sinks every time a suplier say that items will be delivered by DPD.
Awful company.
