They collected a parcel to deliver to me, they did nothing with the parcel after collecting it
I kept tracking and all it would say is Consolidation Scan
Phone DPD absolutely terrible customer service all they would say is that I had to contact the sender
Despite being pressed for information they kept repeating the same contact sender
I’ve never had any issues with either UPS or Fedx
Absolutely disgusted
