I will never use this company again.
I dropped 2 parcels off at Doddle in Morrisons a week ago, hoping they would arrive in 2 days. Could not seem to track them beyond drop off. Finally went back to drop off and they found my parcels, which had not been collected at all. One week sitting in a store room, yet they had the parcels logged in their system ! I am disgusted.
