We are now on our 3 rd separate delivery using DPD and despite my husband explicitly saying the road to our property was closed but you can get access, we have had failed deliveries.. other delivery companies have managed to get through without an issue. It feels like the drivers are under so much pressure that they don’t have the time to explore options.
Very disappointed on 3 separate occasions ...
