Bothersome
Extremely annoying. I phoned to cancel a delivery with customer services. I was assured that all had been cancelled, and that no one would deliver the unwanted package. That same day courier attempted to deliver and left card to redeliver the next day.
I called specifically so that I would not have to be hassled. I called again so there would be no attempted delivery again. I was now told that I would have to tell the driver myself? Why? Why could customer services not put on the system that I do not want item delivered? Too much aggravation.
