I am getting a parcel with dpd I have to wait another week or two because their support and management is the worst from all delivery companies. You cannot change address, cannot change timeslot, cannot contact driver, cannot pick your parcel yourself even if you offer to drive by yourself at the depot.
Stay away from dpd especially if you are a business and do care about customer service.
