Very poor service, DO NOT USE.
I posted 2 packages on 20/12/2020 they weren't collected for ages and were finally delivered on 30/12/2020 after 10 days! Christmas was understandably ruined.
To add insult to injury I addressed my parcel to Mum, Dad and Honor and they were refused delivery unless they paid £3.00 for some reason, when checked it wasn't on the list of surcharge reasons.
NOT ACCEPTABLE DO NOT USE
