Absolutely AWFUL customer service! I can't get through to an agent, I am 49th in queue to speak to an agent online chat after repeated automated messages that are so frustrating on phone and online chat. I had a package I needed to be delivered today, and the email says the driver "missed me" and won't be back til Monday in 4 DAYS TIME but the photo shows he wasn't at my house and that is not my door - my door is white and the photo is of a red door! I want to speak to someone today and can't get through on any channel
