Dpd is the worst courier company ever to disgrace the roads. I have no idea what these people are doing, but whatever it is, it has nothing to do with delivering parcels or customer service. I've had parcels not being delivered because i wasn't home (i work from home), or because the parcel could not be found and was considered lost.
Right now i'm still waiting for a parcel whoses status keeps changing from 'out for delivery' to 'received at depot'. Probably another lost parcel.
