Was tracking parcel on app telling me my parcel was 15 minutes away, refreshed and it tells me parcels has been missed ? DPD = don’t press doorbell? Ring to find out less than a minute from delivery time to be told driver has left and due to current circumstances can not return
Sorry but just because your busy doesn’t make it right . And by the look of other reviews I’m not the only one . Hopefully will never need to rely on DPD ever again and if given a choice I would go elsewhere to another company that doesn’t use them
