The customer service does not exist, calling them puts you in automated response loop. I tried to use the chat, waited in a queue to talk to a bot! Then one response pasted from a person called "Mashaba" and you are put into the queue again. One person must be chatting to tens of customers.... Two iterations later they tell you they will respond in 24 hours.
No way to ask an employee about why your package is in customs, while it should not be.
Cutting cost to an extreme, I feel sorry for anyone working there.
I gave 2 stars to delay removal of this review, as this is how this review business works now.
Wasted money and time. Never again DPD.
