the one star I have given is far too generous for this company!!! I arranged delivery they never came
after 6 emails to customer services 2 phone calls to unipart {they never answer or return messages }2 to sky and three attempts at live chat I am still no further forward in finding my lost parcel,its 14 days since dpd lost my parcel and the customer service and follow-up is beyond words
stay away from this company
