Delivery attempted failed. I was given an hour time slot so I was watching the driver making his way on the screen. Halfway through to my property from the previous delivery spot he suddenly marked my order as Sorry we missed you. He didn't call intercome, not even left a calling card. There's a photo attached as proof but it's just a dark spot, so you can clearly see he tried to hide he was not even at my property. Asked customer service to redeliver the next day, but they said it requires an additional charge and so the next delivery will be on Monday. Very disappointed as I was expecting something better from DPD. This is the third time it happened with their drivers.
