Item did not arrive / no customer service
Item did not arrive. Impossible to speak to anybody at DPD. Appalling customer service.
No communication.
No communication allowed.
I need this item for work. No avenue open to me to find information / update. Tracking is a joke. Such lack of care for customer base. I was aware that DPD were notoriously bad but was forced to use them via Curry's
