No phone call or knock to let me know my items had arrived so was automatically rearranged for the next day. Very frustrating. The online tracking service makes it very difficult to make any changes to where you want your parcel to be delivered. Anything you click is absolutely FINAL with no ability to edit or change if you make an error.
Tried live chat to communicate with someone and they had no idea what to say and were 0 help.
