DPD are quite simply terrible. i sent a package on 16th december, it was delivered to a unknown house (photographs of door) on 17th december. since then i have had numerous emails ignored, gone through web chat, retold the story, asked for updates and now in Febuary receive an enquiry form asking for all information again. all telephone help numbers are unanswered. the claims process is intentionally difficult. the matter is still not resolved despite having receipts of sending, collection and delivery to a wrong address! next step ombudsman. i will never use DPD again.
