Fortunately, I have only ever had good experiences with DPD. Friendly drivers and my parcels have always arrived on time. Our address it hard to find by anyone using maps/navigation but somehow these guys have found us 9 times out of 10. The other odd time, the driver has taken the effort to call me nearby to ask for some directions. A lot of couriers for other companies seem to have an "oh well" attitude if they can't find you, but not DPD — I highly rate them.
