Three times a parcel was sent via DPD, and three times it was sent back without any explanation or information what so ever.
To make matters worse, it proved to be absolutely impossible to get in touch with the company, as the sender and I (the receiver) tried for weeks.
Finally the sender lost all patience, and I now stand without the package that I paid a great deal of money for.
By far the worst service ever.
