Order a product to be delivered by 2nd January 21, as of today, 11th March, despite unanswered emails, phone calls unanswered, until today, when I get told “I’m not trade in export parcels”.
I’ve got no idea when if ever I will get this parcel, it would have been quicker for me to walk and collect the parcel from the supplier and to walk back home again. This company and its customer service is an absolute joke. Giving them 1 star is to much, zero would be better.
