I sent a parcel with contents worth over £500.00 with insurance...
It never reached its destination and is now lost...
I have been fighting to claim my costs back now for over 3 months and DPD will not pay me for my losses... They will not respond and each time hang up the phone...
I have several voicemail from them saying they will get me an update about my parcel but never respond.
I have taken this to trading standards and now in the process of court action.
